I'm shocked that this episode depicted hell and had the characters in it. It got kind of dark in a few places.

Ghost Rider was pretty awesome and

Fantastic episode. I was surprised with what they did to Abomination. I like that Ghost Rider actually went after Red Hulk for his sins. Technically, nothing Ghost Rider and Abomination said was wrong. However, Red Hulk did properly point out that he has saved the world numerous times over.

Hulk saying he forgave Red for turning him into the Hulk as well was a pretty powerful admission on his part. It shows the strength of Hulk's integrity.

I thought this was an okay episode. The jokes were hit and miss most of the time and the action was okay, but the way the show handled Ghost Rider was really, really cool :).

Just seeing Ghost Rider as this force of nature going up against the Hulks, and giving each of them a good fight, was fun to watch even if the action and animation weren't anything to write home about. Seeing him wielding his chains and possessing several vehicles, turning them into demonic rides, was pretty awesome. I wish we had seen more of him on his motorcycle, though it's reappearance at the end of the episode was quite nice .

I was surprised by how they handled Ghost Rider's voice though. I was expecting something that sounded menacing and deep, but not as demonic as they went with it. I expected him to sound at least somewhat human, but all the same it was an appropriate voice for the Rider. On that note, I am a little disappointed that they didn't touch on the human element of Ghost Rider, and confirmed which one the Hulks were dealing with, but that's a minor issue ;).

Ghost Rider's Penance Stare turning Abomination back to normal again was a big surprise. With Blonsky stuck in his human form, and appearing quite ineffective and cowardly in that state, that leaves the Agents without one of their most prominent villains and with the Leader as their only remaining Gamma-powered villain left in their Rogues Gallery. I wonder if the creators de-powered Abomination because they had a good inkling that a season 3 wasn't in the cards :ack:?

I liked the conflict in this episode, and it's one that actually had a good basis for occurring. For all the good Red Hulk has done as a hero and with the Agents of SMASH, it doesn't change the fact that he holds some responsibility for creating The Hulk and Abomination and hardly ever owns up to it. Not to mention that when both of them ended up going rogue, his solution was consistently hunting and terrorizing the Hulk with an army and locking Abomination in a sea-prison. He should feel lucky that Hulk actually forgave him considering their history, because I know I'd have a hard time doing it to someone who can be as ungrateful and quick to blame as Ross is .

The sequence in Hell was pretty cool, though I wish we could've seen Mephisto or some more denizens of that domain, though the monster Ghost Rider and the Hulks contended with was quite a sight .

Is it just me, or did Skaar seem even dumber than usual in this episode? Granted, that isn't a very hard feat considering his track record .
