Without getting too spoilery, Civil War was a nice bit of closure for Peggy, Howard, and Jarvis with a possible mention of another character. I'm at piece with letting the show go.

Well, I saw that coming. Dang, the fact they left it on a cliffhanger irks me, though at the least we know Peggy Carter lived a full life and have done much good for the world.

Bummer. I agree Civil War and AOS was a decent close on Carter but I have a feeling we'll still see her in flashback vignettes in the movies and AOS.

It'll also probably get even harder to get a good deal on the season 1 Blu-Ray...

EDIT: Apparently there's still a day or 2 for a final decision to be rendered according to Butters.

Damn shame! With CA/CW's massive success I was hoping that Agent Carter would get one more season and we would get the beginning of SHIELD. Get to see Colonel Phillips and the Howlers again.

That stinks. Hate that it had to end with a cliffhanger.

6/1: At Megacon, amid talk of the cancellation and hopes it would continue in another form, Atwell confirmed season 3 had something to do with family and Carter's brother Michael.

8/4: Atwell talks a bit more about what she was told when she signed on for Conviction
I'd dig occasional TV Specials that highlights big cases in different eras.

I think that could work. It could probably work better than a full season.

It appears the story is Loeb just got a quick call telling him ABC was cancelling Carter and that was it. He wasn't told why. Hnn, but as he says - it's never really over. I'm pretty sure she'll still be mentioned, seen in old report files, and could still cameo in flashbacks in TV and movie for years to come. But TV specials would be cool.

    TV movies would be nice.

So the question remains. What will ABC air during the AOS break?

8/9: That's right. The time for ABC to greenlight a show is May like with Carter back in 2014. I guess Damage Control, the 2nd unnamed comedy, or the Ridley project weren't far enough along. So this year, there won't be anything during the winter break...though for what it's worth, back in January -- Paul Lee did say Damage was coming out 'this season'

9/25/16: Zavvi (U.K.) has pre-orders up for Agent Carter season 2 releasing December 5
    -Blu-ray Steelbook £24.99 or $32.41 (Region free)
    -Blu-ray £22.99 or $29.81 (Region free)
    -DVD £17.99 or $23.33 (Region 2, 4, 5)
Only special features are a blooper reel.

5/29/17: Atwell still open to more Carter. At Heroes and Villains Fan-Fast in London over the weekend, she revealed season three was set to explore more of Carter's upbringing, the impact her late brother had on her, and more of Carter's relationship with the Jarvis family.

7/30/17: Haley Atwell comments on the cancellation again but with a few more bits of info
7/31: D'Esposito tweeted a photo of him and Atwell at MS. Eric Carroll, in the replies, seems to be teasing.
