Maybe it's a star map to and from Attilan since the Kree writing from AOS turned to be a map of the temple.

How are they doing her Powers when hair is the hardest thing to do in CGI?

Looks like the kind of elegant gown she's sported in the comics before :).

And what's with her hair...is that some kind of prosthetic or placeholder for the CG o_O?

After a quick Google search, Disney seems to have it down pat. From Frozen to Moana - they seem to keep improving. They created a program called Tonic to sculpt and animate hair in volumes, then during rendering, they break it down into individual strands. So in Frozen, Elsa's hair was 400,000 400,000 individual CG strands. So Tangled was 2010. Frozen was 2013. CG strands jumped from 140K to 400K. Then artists spend months on simulations, like reaction to physics. While that's CG animation and this is CG in live action -- I think it will be similar. What they have to pull off on AOS on a TV budget and schedule has been pretty amazing with each season.

Yeah, I remember the animators on Incredibles were making strides in that development. Same company now, so it really doesn't shock me. Same as Weta and Rhythm and Hues for fire back in the day.

I really hope the scene makes sense in context, because Black Bolt running from cops is something I never needed to see him do.

More filming. Black Bolt screams, blows away two cop cars, but he ends up getting arrested! WTH?

    Cool logo .

Definitely invokes the Jenkins/Lee Inhumans run :).

3/26: On the March 20 filming, Black Bolt also had a scene with Medusa and Lockjaw. Photos from the 3/20 filming.

On March 22, there was some filming at Kualoa Ranch.

On March 24 to 26, there was more filming in Downtown Honolulu.

3/30: On March 30 to April 1, they will film in Kahala.

3/31: Filming in the morning at Waikiki Beach.

Based on Swan's haircut, it appears Medusa's hair will be mostly CG. But I think we all knew that beforehand. Perhaps in some scenes she's going to be wearing a wig depending on if its a talk scene or some action?

It'll be interesting to see how the wig that we've seen her wear on set will gel with the CG hair, though I'm guessing the latter will be reserved for when it really needs to move (like for an action scene) o_O.

Hmm...looks like a pretty normal-looking Gorgon (in that he doesn't really look like Gorgon much at all), though we'll see if they don't add more to his look or have any CG touch-ups for the actual series.

True. Something I've wondered about is will everyone in the cast have gone through Terrigenesis and have their powers at the start? Do they know how to make their own Terrigen crystals? Do they risk a trip to Earth to search for some after the hubbub from AOS?

That's a good question. I wonder if all of the Royal Family haven't undergone Terrigenesis yet and that's why Gorgon looks so human o_O?

Though somehow I get the felling they'll try and save up their budget for him .

4/3: Filming continued at Makapu'u Beach through the weekend and today.

4/5: Alleged synopsis reveals a coup.

Yeah, I'll be really surprised if Maximus isn't behind the coup, but at least we have the reason for why the Royal Family is on Earth :rolleyes2:.

When asked about a potential AOS-Inhumans crossover, Jed Whedon gave a 3/4 vague answer but the other 1/4 seemed to point to a "no." I prefer no, since they have only 8 episodes and thus implies a very self-contained story. Imo, it would happen if Inhumans had a higher episode order or maybe if there's a second season.
