From what I know, Disney isn't interested and if they were, they'd do it themselves. That's all.

It would be a miracle if Shout got the rights. I missed out on the UK DVDs for Spider-Man TAS. And Disney has had plenty of opportunity to release it, they just don't seem interested.

Does Warner still hold the rights to X-Men Evolution?

I know that Disney isn't interested in releasing Marvel cartoon DVDs themselves, but I just assume that means the DVD branch considers those cartoons a very, very low priority. If someone like Shout! Factory said they were interested in producing such DVDs, right now I can only imagine Disney saying no if they'd lose revenue from the digital copies, or because of older shows having content that doesn't seem PC anymore. Disney showed a lack of interest during the 2000s in making Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers available on DVD, but they still said yes to Haim Saban when he asked for the show back.

As I've stated before, this is all I personally know. I'm not sure if anyone else knows anything.
Perhaps. I don't know. After waiting for years, I'm pretty defeated in hoping for anything else. I'm pretty much done hoping if we don't see anything by the end of the year.

At the very least, you could ask Disney and Shout Factory yourself.

Shout! hasn't replied to my Facebook post yet. I also sent Stephen Wacker a message.

I'd be very suspicious regardless of the feedback. What are the chances of some oddball seller having this officially without it being available from a studio?

Again, I don't recommend getting that set. Unless something is officially announced, I wouldn't trust anything else.

I want the Complete Series on DVD and Blu-ray, it's that simple.

I seriously doubt we will get one without a "Disney/Marvel Archive" campaign and, hopefully, a division that would release these shows here in the US.

    this is so frustrating!
its one thing to have be in the loop about possible updates that might take place in the future but when you dont have anything, no resources, no one to contact to get an update from, no one willing to take responsibility for it then its just sad and upsetting
