This weekend, Marvel Animation will have two panels at the San Diego Comic-Con. Here are the dates and details:

    Saturday, July 22nd
    MARVEL ANIMATION PRESENTS
    Where: Room 6A
    When: 12:30-1:30 PM PST
    Sunday, July 23rd
    MARVEL'S SPIDER-MAN PREMIERE
    Where: Room 6A
    When: 10:15-11:15 AM PST
Please use this thread, or any of the existing News & Discussions threads for the already airing Marvel shows, to post any of the news revealed this weekend at these panels. This thread can also be used to post your overall thoughts on all these announcements, or add your hopes and predictions before the panels actually start.

The news relevant to the Marvel shows will still be added to their respective News & Discussion threads afterwards, if only to have the topics more complete and up to date in regards to upcoming stuff.

Also, if somehow any completely new projects are announced, expect new threads to be posted shortly afterwards on this very forum.

We got a surprising amount of news at D23, so I'm definitely curious to see how much we get out of these panels, though obviously Marvel's Spider-Man panel will be airing the two-part premiere ;).

I'm crossing my fingers for an A-Force animated series announcement.

    "Sandman and his daughter Sandgirl"

    I didn't see that coming...

Apparently a famous actress is playing Sandgirl

"Next up is Avengers: Secret Wars, which features Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Vision, Ant-Man and the Wasp as the new Avengers on Battleworld, after the core team is sidelined."

    Nice!

EDIT: Black Panther animated show announced! :D

Looks as though Black Panther is getting some sort of solo series as well.

    Avengers Mansion returns!

EDIT: Red Skull dies at some point this season, I guess.

It's hard to pinpoint it right now since it's still live, but earlier in this livestream they mentioned at the end of the panel that another new Marvel Animation project will be announced at the New York Comic Con.

Has anyone seen the Spider-Man cartoon premiere? Please leave some notes if so. Also, Marvel did say they were planning projects for older audiences so hopefully that happens soon.

Yeah, I'm surprised there hasn't been any coverage for the Marvel's Spider-Man panel o_O.

I wonder what's the point of announcing that you'll have an announcement at the next Con. It feels like unnecessary teasing. Isn't this Con supposed to be the big one? Anyway, there was too much cool stuff this year to worry about what Marvel Animation is not doing.

As I was watching the new Ragnarok trailer yesterday, I started thinking about why I used to prefer animation as a medium for Marvel over live-action, and it was because of how much easier for them to do things that captured the feel of the comics and the characters and the locals. I never expected to see this inversed in my lifetime.

Since they only screened the episodes this time, and apparently didn't have a question and answers panel, I presume the most we'll get is comments from people attending, or maybe some sites might post their reviews of the premiere.
