    With 3 conditions though
1.The setting can be anywhere(Cyber punk, Post post apocalyptic, Wild West/Weird West, etc

    2. MC doesn't kill anyone and uses a variety of guns and different weapons.

    3. There has to be bullets of some kind, they can be either fictional or real

Now with all these factors mentioned do you think it possible to have a PG western cartoon with a gunslinger MC.

Do you mean real TV-PG, or Stuart Snyders' TV-PG (which is actually just TV-Y7). If you're talking about the former, then yeah they definitely can. If you are talking about the latter, I think it's still possible. Guns have been used by good characters in Justice League Unlimited, and Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

TV-PG can certainly allow for guns. A good amount of episodes of Trigun were TV-PG on Adult Swim (it helps that Vash has a philosophy about killing/"love and peace").

I've only seen the first 3 episodes of JANE, but I'm pretty sure that she did use her gun. As for LUCKY LIKE (which I've never heard of until yesterday when I did a Google search for cartoons set in the wild West), the show seems to be more of an action/comedy rather than just a comedy, which is why I mentioned it.

Jane uses a whip more so her being a gunslinger sort of stretches it and I ment full on action
