Now its Ooh oasis, in fullscreen hah, the mirror has 1000faces.. another 1000faces
I have the strange feeling of watching "Chicken Chasseurs" over 1000 times, out of the 52 shorts, the Iberian feeds played at least a dozen of them regularly.
Its really boring, having same shorts show for 4 years that nick was here...
Now we get these shorts: Glumpers and Larva. Glumpers is a Spanish production and Larva is Korean.
I've seen Larva fewer times than those episodes of OOOH! Asis but the episode variety on Larva is higher in rotation.
There is one interesting thing i found out on nickelodeon cee, if you watch the channel around 2am, nickelodeon transparent logo will be on right side on promos. I remember we had Log Jam, Bolliwood bob, spider fly, the bear idk what was the short, and some nick jr promos. I dont see nick jr promos anymore on Nickelodeon. I also saw new Nick JR ident in the morning, they normally show nickelodeon idents. Oh nickelodeon logo seems smaller and wider now and kca logo smaller . Seems like they are still working on the channel for KCA later
Back in 2009, the overnight slots were filled with KaBlam! shorts.
Just wierdly enough in 2012 there was a promo on MTV, Nickelodeon sada u vašoj državi(nickelodeon now in your country) and on nickelodeon there was a promo on mtv, but since then there havent been any mention of nickelodeon at all on mtv.
Nickelodeon has promoted some EMAs on MTV, whereas the opposite happenes exclusively with the Nick Rocks festival.
The end credits being cut is logical since the sub-feeds carry ads.
One thing I don't understand though, is why:
a) The sub-feed still shows old bumpers that are 4:3.
b) The sub-feed doesn't air localized promos with text.
c) The sub-feed doesn't have a regular ad break bumper.
I'm hoping this can now change.
a) The sub-feed shows all of their bumpers in 16:9.
b) The sub-feed has never shown a promo with Spanish text.
c) The sub-feed has a regular ad break bumper.
This is about mtv, lets say nick would look like that if it would come here as a local feed..
a) Sub feed shows all bumpers in 16:9(Except on Serbian jukebox is 4:3)
b) Sub feed sometimes mixed up promos with other sub feed promo(doesnt happen as of march18 when it changed to 16:9 and english)
c) Sub feeds have croatian bumper for ad break
Actually the fact that credits being cut has very little to do with the fact that sub-feeds carry ads; credits are part of the show, ads are nott
See? It's more of a German terrestrial TV influence.
Francisque: If you cut the credits you have more time for the ads. There might be a German influence, but Nick CEE/Germany isn't the only one to do it.
Various VIMN feeds do that under the German influence (Nick DE is terrestrial). These regions also took part in the "24 Kitten" prank last year.
But they could carry normal ads even if they left credits intact, infact, it's what a lot of "pan"channels still do.. it's a "German" decision, although actually many German channels still show credits, just heavily squeezed by peculiar types of ECP
From what I know, the main terrestrial channels do their own end credits based on the channel's look. That doesn't happen with the kids channels.
Teen Nick FL has never aired the Victorious credits as far as I know.
Here in croatia RTL, RTL2, DOMA, NOVA, RTL KOCKICA all cut credits so.. MTV does it sometimes. So Nick isnt the only one here.
Ah yes, so the Croatian RTL channels do that under the influence of the German RTL (the main channel has been simply known as "RTL" for five years).
Speaking of RTL, they do make their ECPs, but are they used on the Croatian version?
