    Well, according to Space Jam:

Bugs Bunny: 3'3'' (4' if you include the ears)

    Taz Tazmanian Devil: 2'4''

    Lola Bunny: 3'2''

The manual to the Space Jam video game gives some more (and for some reason gives Bugs the alternative height of 3'7'', or 4'10'' including the ears; Taz the alternative height of 2'9''; and Lola the alternative height of 3'6'' ):

    Daffy Duck: 3'4''

    Foghorn Leghorn: 5'2''

    Sylvester: 3'3''

    Yosemite Sam: 2'10''

    Elmer Fudd: 3'5''

    Wile E. Coyote: 3'10''

    Porky Pig: 3'2''

    Pepe Le Pew: 3'2''

And as for the Monstars (also according to the SJ game manual):

    Bupkus: 13' 1/2''

    Bang: 12'2''

    Nawt (the red one): 6'9''

    Pound (the orange one): 10'3''

    Blanko (the blue one): 17'9''

It's been four years since this post, but I heard in episodes of "The Looney Tunes Show", Daffy is 3 1/2 ft tall, Yosemite Sam is 19 inches tall, and the Goofy Gophers, I think, are 9 1/2 inches tall. Some model sheets say that Pepe le Pew and Penelope Pussycat are also 3 1/2 ft tall.

Video game manuals are apocrypha, none of that is canon!...I'm joking.

Also, wow. The Monstars had names. I know I shouldn't be surprised by this, but wow.
