Oh there's lots of them. Especially on Brandy and Mr. Whiskers.

Brandy: "Me and Whiskers have a baby back at our place."
    Ed: "Well congratulations Ms. Brandy."
    Brandy: "It's not ours!"

Whiskers: "Oh, magic. Great idea. I can pull a rabbit out of a hat. Or pull a hat out of a rabbit. That one may not be suitable for small children."

Then there was the funky bunny.

Strom the Slayer- Obviously, you've never touched a monkey. It's kinda addicting.

This is not actually said in the House of Mouse ep "Donald wants to fly", but every time I see it I have to make this comment.

Donald- I need this. (takes Eeyore's tail)
Eeyore- *sigh* Everybody want a piece of the donkey.
Me- Actually, what he was is a piece of ass.

Even Kim Possible (A Sitch in time) didn't get away with adult jokes.

Now that you mention it, Even Kim Possible, did have at least 2 jokes i know of.

First from A Sitch in Time (or if you are watching the 3 seperate Episodes it's in the Future Episode:

(Ron Tries to grab the Tempus Simia Idol, Shego Leaps down Hands Blazing with Energy)

    Shego: No Touchy my Monkey!
Ron: Can't help a guy for Trying...
Shego: Actually I can, I have the Muscle to back it up. I can do Anything!
    Kim: Hey! That's My Line!

and then of course from Rufus versus Commodore Puddles:

(Kim Listens at door of Theater)
Kim: I hear Laughter? Is that a good thing?
(Just then Two Special agents (Smith #1 and Smith #2) walk in,
    Ron: Agent Smith...
Kim : And Agent Smith....What are you doing here?
Agent Smith#1 : We couldn't let the folks see the actual 'Area 51' footage (As Agent Smith#2 Breaks Tape.)
Agent Smith#2: So that's why we exchanged it for one of your home Movies..
Ron: (Shocked) Home Movies? W-which one?
(Just then a cut to a Young 3 or 4 year old Ron sitting on the toilet...)
Young Ron: I made a potty! (Laughter is heard)
Kim (Looking at Ron) Ron's Big Day?
    Ron (Glumly) Ron's Big Day.

Kim: "Alright Frugal, cough up the sausages."
    Ron: "Ew! Rephrase please!"

I wonder if Christy and Will laughed when recording that segment or just tried to get past it?

Mushu: "For instance. My eyes can see straight through your armor."
*Mulan slaps Mushu to the ground*

House of Mouse, forget the episode... So Donald's signing autographs and there's a line. Gaston's groupies, Alice, Pain and Panic, the Relunctant Dragon... Um yeah...

If you say a certain Darkwing Duck catchphrase with an Elmer Fudd voice, you get a dirty line. :p

Seriously though, I've very rarely (if ever) found "hidden adult jokes" in Disney series. It just doesn't happen. You compare them to cartoons like Rocko, Ren & Stimpy, and Animaniacs, which are full of jokes that only adults would get, and it's clear that Disney is more family-friendly in their jokes.

There is an example in the episode of Kim Possible where Ron and Kim go to cheerleader camp. Bonnie walks into the shower only to discover that Kim has used all the hot water. The music for this segment comes from the classic shower scene in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho.

It's not "adult" in the sense of being risque or using innuendo, but I doubt if many children got the connection. It sure made me laugh! :D

Not a joke, but there is that part in So the Drama where Kim is gearing up in her undercover garb at the Bermuda Triangle. .

You know what I mean if you've seen it.

And then there's the part where Bonnie says "He's hypnotised by her big hoops."

It's just a reference to vomiting. I can see where you're coming from, but I can't see how any sexual reference would really fit.

It's always been rumored that some disney movies have adult references.

Like Lion king, there's a rumor that the scene where Simba(Adult) is looking at the stars with Timon and Pumba, the stars say: "S-E-X" or something like that, I dunno if it is true, I gotta check my lion king Original VHS

What about in So The Drama where early in the morning Jim and Tim try out their latest invention, and that's where Kim says:

"This is what happens when a rocket scientist and a brain surgeon reproduce!"

What I want to know is, who uses "monkey" as slang for penis, besides giddy 10 year olds who will literally use ANY word as a substitute? It's like in the Ace Ventura cartoon when Ace says, "I'm gonna go... whip out my monkey!" I wouldn't really classify such a line as "adult", because I've never heard adults (or college students, for that matter) use it. It's very juvenile.

But... "monkey" is an awesome word! I'd use it as slang for anything!

"I'm going to go for a run round the monkey"
    "Put the monkey on, love"
"I feel like a can of monkey"
    "Hey, look at that monkey!"
    "Hello, Monkey!"
