Help with electronic/dance song...

    Hi. I need help. There's a song I heard some times (partially) and goes like this:
    "And that thing if you goes..." if you cut my hair...
    There's also a black guy singing in this song. He sings something like "la la la la la" move your body...
    I already called for help, but almost no one answered me (one user answered me and it was an older song which isn't dance music).
    The guy who sings "if you cut my hair" has a squeaky-distorted-ish voice, which sounds like a high-pitched Lumpy Space Princess.
    Help me with at least the title of the song and the band/singer.

    UPDATE: Turns out that there wasn't a black guy involved in this song, but an Asian guy, complete with accent. Still, help me!
