The brawl to end them all.... The ultimate showdown of ultimate destiny.... That one crossover you read one time which looked pretty good until you found out it was a piece of crap with other people's cool characters stuck in it.... This is not those things. It is more. It is.... THE GREATEST FIGHTER EVER THREAD!!! RULES: You guys are probably pretty familiar with this by now. To speed things up in the first round, let's do two four-player matches per post. The second round will be one four-player match. Then when we get down to 64 battlers, we start two one-on-ones at a time, having weeded out some of the weaklings. Then at the final 16, it's one one-on-one to see who won. For the four-person matches, points are distributed the same as Greatest Live-Action Movie: 4 for first pick, 3 for second, 2 for third, 1 for fourth. By the way, if you have reasons for your pick, go ahead and say them. I'd love to hear your opinions. Here is the ridiculously long list of peoples. Round 1: Round 2: OK, let's get this started. Gonna be awesome. MATCH 1: Freakazoid Pazu (Laputa) Men in Black Lord Zedd MATCH 2: Inspector Gadget Pikachu Darth Vader Death (Discworld) First Match: 1. Lord Zedd (at his best, could be quite potent in a fight. I mean, he could create monsters out of leaves, rocks, air, etc., plus some other types of magic) 2. Men in Black (The Noisy Cricket. Period.) 3. Freakazoid (missed out on the best WB series :,( but like him anyway) 4. Pazu (really, don't care who that is) Second Match: (Crap, it's all people I'm familiar with) 1. Death. He just wins everything. He delivers fantastic lines, he talks in small caps, and is reasonably assumed to be able to kick the crap out of most of the people here. 2. Darth Vader. Force choke, lightsaber, pretty much the most famous breath in history.... Yeah, he's up there. 3. Pikachu. Electric powers aren't that shabby, but he loses out. I really wish he wasn't up against Vader or Death already. 4. Inspector Gadget. Although rule of funny suggests that he would bumble into a victory, karma just ain't gonna cut it here.
