Dick Grayson. Former sidekick. Former Super Hero. Former dead man. And now...agent of Spyral?!
A thrilling new chapter of Dick Grayson’s life begins in this new, ongoing series. It’s a super-spy thriller that will shock you and prove one thing: You might think you know Nightwing – but you don’t know Dick.

Haven't read the issue yet, but I'm really happy with the promotion DC has been giving this book. Grayson will be one of their key books at SDCC for example. Reviews for the book have also been pretty positive, all around the 4-stars/80-85% mark.

I encourage everyone with a Twitter account to follow writers @ HackinTimSeeley and @TomKingTK, artist @ mikeljanin, and colourist @ JeremyCox. You can follow me too, not sure why you would want to, but might as well self-advertise while I'm at it, @jeyshan26.

Now Imma go out and hunt down the Andrew Robinson, Mikel Janin variant, and Batman 75 Jock variant covers... Because they're actually really cool.

This issue is actually better than pretty much the entire previous Nightwing series. I love that DC is doing something they set to do with The New 52 - put familiar characters in new surroundings and circumstances and they do that perfectly here. Believe the hype! If this is what's to come to the Batman line under the new editor than bring it on - I want to see more of this! The artwork is great, the story is fun and pretty exciting, and the last page reveal was cool.

I picked up the Jock cover. It was my favorite out of all of them.

I really enjoyed the Midnighter's cameo in this issue, as well as the overall sense of swashbuckling fun that made the issue feel reminiscent to Waid's Daredevil.
