Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer and Rusty Chevrolet are my two favorites.

Grandma got run over by a reindeer, walking home from our house christmas eve, you can say there's no such thing as santa,
But as for me and grandpa we believe.

Oh, rust and smoke, the heater's broke,
    The door just blew away,
I light a match to see the dash, and then I start to prey.
The frame is bent, the muffler went, the radio is okay
Oh what fun it is to drive this rusty chevrolet.

Most definitely the Bob Rivers Comedy Corp. ones... Such as We Wish You Weren't Living With Us, Twelve Pains of Christmas, and Walkin' 'Round in Women's Underpants.

I dunno why, but "Holy ****! It's Christmas" makes me smile every time I hear it.

No list of Comedy Xmas songs should be complete without these two songs:

"The Night Santa Went Crazy" by "Weird Al" Yankovic (Al's dark and twisted tale about Father Christmas going postal)

"It's a Fanboy Christmas" by the Great Luke Ski (a 10-minute medley in which many timeless Christmas songs are given a science fiction/fantasy twist)

Man, there's so many out there. You can't really go wrong with the classic "Batman Smells" version of Jingle Bells, nor all of those Bob Rivers songs. And let's not forget Adam Sandler's three versions of the Hanukah song. :D

"Christmas with the Devil" by Spinal Tap

"The elves are dressed in leather
And the angels are in chains
    (Christmas with the Devil)
    The sugar plums are rancid
And the stockings are in flames
    (Christmas with the Devil)
There's a demon in my belly
And a gremlin in my brain
There's someone up the chimney hole
    And Satan is his name
The rats ate all the presents
    And the reindeer ran away
    (Christmas with the Devil)
    There'll be no Father Christmas
    'Cause it's Evils holiday
    (Christmas with the Devil)
    No bells in Hell
    No snow below-
    Silent Night, Violent Night
    So come all ye unfaithful
Don't be left out in the cold
You don't need no invitation, no...
    Your ticket is your soul"

    I'll Jingle Your Bells

    Oh, yeah, this one:

Jingle bells, Batman smells, Robin laid an egg
The Batmobile broke its wheel and the Joker got away

Of course, there are different versions of this. Sometimes, I heard the last part as "The Batmobile lost its wheel and the Joker did ballet".

And then there's the "It's a Fanboy Christmas" version of the song, in which Luke Ski references some of the other cool characters in Batman.

christmas at ground zero of course (check out the BIG O anime music video of that for a laugh)

"Grandpa got runned over by a John Deere" by Cledus T Judd.
    "Merry F***in' Christmas" Mr. Garrison
    "Christmastime in hell" Satan
and for something a bit less demented the holiday classic "what do you get a wookie for christmas (when he already owns a comb)" for sheer fanboy factor

Jeff Foxworthy's version of the Redneck 12 Days of Christmas is hilarious. "Now, you know y'cain't spend Christmas wi'out goin' t'see yer mama down at the penitentiary."

Draw between "12 pains of Christmas" and 'My Name is Santa Clause'(sp?).
