    Good news for anyone with a big enough bank account, you too can go to E3 this year as the public will finally be allowed admission... for $150 a piece, then $250 after the first 1000 are gone.

    Not a fan of opening to the public, it seems a lot of game press feels the same way. But it's been talked about for years so it was bound to happen eventually. Renting out that space can't be cheap.

    It will be crowded even if it's limited to 15 000 tickets. Just because of the hype of being open. But it's good the quantity of tickets is limited and it's good they're not free nor exactly cheap. Should prevent from "anyone" making it in, but 50 000 people alone attended last year. With 65K inside and thousands of curious people outside, it will be tough and lose its charm. It was talked about, yes, but it's still E3 even if it feels less and less premium each year. Now it will just become the american Gamescom.
