It's been a good long while since we had a Doctor Who talkback thread.

After an extensive 17 month hiatus between seasons (not counting two Christmas specials), the Twelfth Doctor (Peter Capaldi) embarks on one last set of adventures, which also marks the final season penned by longtime show-runner Steven Moffat. On this journey, the Doctor is joined by returning character Nardole (Matt Lucas) and new companion Bill Potts (Pearl Mackie), as they take on Ice Warriors, Cybermen, the Master, and revelations which will bring about the end of the Doctor as we know him.

Doctor Who broadcasts Saturdays in the UK at 19:20 GMT on BBC One, and the same day in the US at 9pm ET on BBC America.

The Doctor makes a final stand against an army of Cybermen, as well as the two Masters, in order to protect humans from destruction.

I remember now why we stopped doing Doctor Who talkbacks, but I kept this thread going in case someone wanted to discuss this season. I overall thought it was a good season, not great but good. Capaldi and Moffat have one final adventure this Christmas, and it's looking like it'll be a fantastic send-off, so I'm looking forward to that. Hopefully the wait for season 11 won't be as long as the wait for this one, and hopefully Chibnall is a good fit for the series.
