Yeah, I forget if it was AAOU or CACW. Plus, if anything, more the Ancient, Wong, and Mordo should take on Wanda and train her. Strange is just getting started in the use of magic, I don't think he's in a place to be taking on a pupil so soon.

True, though if he ends up as the Sorcerer Supreme by the end of the movie (which he kind of has to), then you'd expect he'd be the go-to guy to teach someone about honing their magic skills ;).

This could be what brings in other magic-users into the sequels...Clea, Voodoo, Scarlet Witch, etc.

Perhaps. But I suppose if it were to happen, it won't be until Wanda is exonerated in theory.

I'd really like to see Wanda and Doctor Strange work together in a battle or even just talk to each other about magic. Maybe Dr. Strange could show her alternate realities. Then she could get a fancy new costume like Strange! Maybe a cape and her classic headpiece/tiara from the comics if it doesn't look too silly. :p
I hope Clea shows up in a sequel with Dormammu and the Mindless Ones. I don't really want to see Brother Voodoo though. He's too dark for my tastes. Same with characters like Mephisto so I'd prefer they save him for a Ghost Rider show or something I can skip. Fortunately, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Ghost Rider isn't too dark for me so far. His appearance in S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Darkforce in Agent Carter are tie-ins to Doctor Strange anyway.

Speaking about Dr. Strange, Feige confirms the villain in this film is going to be a departure of Marvel villain:

I wouldn't be surprised if the cape becomes a surprise fan-favorite, like Anthony in Ant-Man, or more relevent, Carpet in Aladdin.

A Sorcerer and his Cloak of Levitation. I like it :D.

Though thinking on all the interviews we've gotten, I've noticed a distinct lack of mention or elaboration on the Sorcerer Supreme title. Maybe I've just not been reading enough, but it's still a little odd o_O.

Does kind of tease the possible Infinity Stone connection, doesn't it ;)?

TV Spot #12 Reversed. Yesterday's one got me thinking, would they be sly enough to hide a url or something in the backwards dialogue?

I'm really hyped for this film, at least visually. It looks like it'll be a feast for the eyes.

Ironically, on the magic side, it might make the supernatural happenings of Fantastic Beasts look bland.

One of the things we have to realize with Disney is they have Pixar guys working there with some of the visual effects people. I'm not saying those Pixar artists contribute to the live action SFX of Marvel's or any Mouse House films, but I have to believe they assist if they are able.

Wow, I never thought of that. It certainly wouldn't be a stretch to imagine one of the Pixar animators being asked to help with the CGI in a live-action film.

It happens alot, it's just not publicized, cause of Union rules and what not. Also, no one is forced, they often do things as favors if they're available.
