The schedule has been updated with a third installment of Mad, Teen Titanic. Hopefully May will bring something new to the table such as Thunder and Lightning or Amethyst.

April 21, 2012 - Plastic Man - Boobtube / New Teen Titans - Turn Back the Clock
    April 28, 2012 - S.B.F.F. - Grounded / Mad Presents:Teen Titanic

"Dude, you look so 90's! Nice Mullet! Agh!" That was a hilarious homage.

EDIT: Looking at CN's schedule, looks like on May 5th the first short for Vibe "Enter Extreme-O Part One" airs after GL:TAS and the first short for Shade "Shade the Changing Man" will air during YJ. :)

Interesting if true. I wonder if it'd be a darker show more in line with the movie and current comics.

It would be. It's possible at this point since Dunn was vague. All he said was "project," so it could be anything. I'm guessing they're saving the reveal for SDCC 2012 since Beware The Batman was first announced at a SDCC. However, for the DTV to happen, Tucker said DVD sales have to be very good. I haven't seen sales numbers for the past sets, but we've got the last DVD set in coming up.

Lauren Faust's take on Superman reminds me of Prof. Utonium from the Powerpuff Girls (yes, I know Faust worked on that show).

    Aw man, the schedule changed.

May 5th will be Animal Man #3 and 4, "Beach" and "City" and DC's World's Funnest #1. Why?! I was so looking forward to Vibe and Shade. Ah, well. Hope it's only a week more or a mistake.

I was disappointed by the change as well. At least we get some more Animal Man, but I cant say I am excited for World's "Funnest," especially if its a rerun. The footage at the end of the block yesterday indicated that these would in fact be next weeks shorts.

As for Vibe and Shade, at least we know they are coming, although I wish the schedule was still listing upcoming shorts.

Nah, they showed old clips last Saturday, too, and they had nothing to do with the new ones that aired yesterday. It's weird they're okay with showing parts of the next YJ and GL episodes but not the shorts in the credit roll.

EDIT: Mr. Dunn posted some development art from an unproduced project. I'd guess it's the Batman show James Tucker pitched before Beware The Batman was greenlit.

    development art one
    development art two
    development art three
    development art four
