i didnt think we would get the long awaited batman/bruce wayne appearance in smallville season 11 this soon. can't wait for this one. i wish/hope it's at least a two part story. 40 pages isnt enough to cover everything regarding this historic long awaited smallville moment.

    Getting
    -Justice League #0
    -Aquaman #0
    -The Flash #0:
Maybe the most interesting of the origin Zero Issues, as Flashpoint set all this up anyway, and the mini was dealing with Flash's past.
    -Earth 2 #0
    -Superboy #0
    -Supergirl #0
    -Batman #0
    -Batgirl #0:
Batgirl reaches into the Joker incident! Oh, wait. That's been Every. Friggin'. Issue. So Far.
-Nightwing #0: So, given the new timeline, and the fact there's still four Robins, I'd say Dick's tenure as Robin does about fit into one issue.
-Catwoman #0: Although if March leaves, I may, too.
    -Justice League Dark #0
    -Superman Family Adventures #5
: I wasn't that impressed with #1. Hopefully it gets better.
-Sweet Tooth vol. 5: Unatural Habitats TP: Crap, I still need to get Vol. 4!

May Get/Not Getting But Worth Note
-Talon #0: Love me some March artwork, but I've been "meh" on the whole Owls thing, so I'm not sure if I'm in for this.
-The Phantom Stranger #0: Decent character, and could be a big part of where the DCU is going, but I've yet to read a DiDio comic that I'd read monthly.
-Team 7 #0: Neat concept, but might wait until reviews come in.
-Teen Titans #0: Since when the hell was Tim Drake a "would be Olympic Star?"
-Smallville Season 11 #5: Grabbed the first two issues on a whim, and they weren't that bad. I may start getting it regularly. Didn't take long for them to throw Batman in there either.
-I, Vampire vol. 1: Tainted Love TP: The Justice League Dark tie-in wasn't too bad. I may get it if I can get it cheap.

    Will buy:

    - Superman Family Adventures #5

    Might buy:

    - Action Comics #0

Yeah, I've demoted "Action" to the "maybe" pile; despite liking Morrison/buying the title on that basis alone, well, I still think the "New 52" sucks. And if I never have to see that idiotic "early days" Lil' Abner-esque "costume" ever again...

    My comments:

    - I'm glad someone noticed that naming the lead of I, Vampire after the director of WALL-E and Finding Nemo wasn't a very good idea (compare against the September 2011 solicits of the first issue).

    - Holy guacamole, that Wonder Woman Archive volume is $75?!?

    - Probably refreshing my copy of Astro City: Family Album with that new HC edition.

    - It's been said elsewhere, but that Catwoman #0 cover is just awful. We're talking a Liefeld-ian level of anatomical failure.

    - Ah, John Constantine. How we love you.

    - They're reviving Rose and Thorn? Interesting. I don't know that this is any more destined for success than any other recent revival, but R&T always seemed more suited for shorter backup stories than their own book.

    - Wow, that is one real stinker of a new costume for Supergirl. Are those her legs or flesh-colored tights, and would either answer make it better? And I'm not coming close to a joke for that strategically placed triangle.

So one pre-order, and it's for material I already own.

I'm really confused by that. He was always Andrew Bennett before. Why would they even consider changing it? Is there something wrong with Bennett?

So the solution to the Supergirl panty-shot foofarah is hot pants? Oooookay.

They didn't change it. The solicitation was just a typo.

    Interested in:

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe #3: Cool cover, but will the insides be just as awesome? Has anyone got the first issue yet, and is it cool or not?

Hmmm....no TPB's interest me this time around.

As for other single issues, I'll be looking to get Saucer Country #7, but that's about it.

What's with all the Issue #0's, is this 1994 all over again?!?

The first issue comes out on the 4th of July, so we won't know until then. Robinson's either really, really good or really, really bad, so it could go either way.

    -Justice League Dark #0

Big pull list that month I know but a lot of those are just samplings because the #0 issues are standalone (Asides from my regulars such as the Batman and Superman family pulls along with JL, Earth-2 and WF with the Edge and Dark Stuff I have on the list). My pull will probably be a lot less the next month.
