How great is that first page with Batwoman and the Waynes?

Definitely a fun book and the first issue was very strong. I was never a big fan of the Bombshells merchandise as it never really appealed to me, but I heard good things about the comic and opted to give the first issue a try and I'm glad I did. It's a great idea and a fun concept and it works really well. The art has a nice lush feel to it and the writing is really fun. Definitely a fun book for those looking for something different.

Interesting opener. We also see alternate versions of Supergirl and, I think, Starfire. Hadn't seen any of the Bombshells figures, but set in World War II?! Risky.

See, this is how you write superhero stories, bright, visually interesting, and fun.
