I thought the CN Hall of Fame was discontinued four years ago, and this is what they bring it back with.....What's going on? I don't care about Courage; I want the rest of Dexter and Johnny Bravo.

I already have all of Ed, Edd n Eddy and Johnny Bravo with their MVD releases from Thailand. But if they ever got a western release I would buy them in a heartbeat, especially if they had bonus features. Cos the Thai releases are bare bones. And a definite yes for Dexter's Lab, I'm surprised MVD never released that.
You can still find the MVD releases for reasonable prices on Amazon and eBay from time to time, if anyone's interested. The picture/sound quality on them is perfect.

I wondered that myself. Hopefully this is a sign of very good things to come. :)

We should all be happy that they decided to continue with the Hall of Fame releases no matter what they give us. I'm looking forward to picking this up as Courage is one of my favorite Cartoon Cartoons. Hopefully they release other series sooner rather than later.

I hope this means they'll release more classic CN DVDs, there are still CN shows that haven't been completed yet including a few that STILL haven't gotten released.

It's a little surprising to see people name drop other series they want to see have their DVD releases continue, rather than showing excitement for what we're getting. I'm not 100% positive if buying season 2 of Courage will encourage Warner to release more of Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Ed, Edd n' Eddy, Billy & Mandy, etc, but it would be a good incentive for them to. Plus, it would definitely help to show interest in the other 2 seasons. So if you're a fan of one or more of these series, I'd suggest keeping an eye for the set come October. ;)

We're all just hoping that the fact that CN HoF is now back that they will release more of the classic shows. I'm over the moon about more Courage being released, but there are other shows that people want even more.

I think we can all agree that these shows also need full western DVD releases:

    Dexter's Laboratory
    Johnny Bravo
Cow and Chicken (also has every season released by MVD btw)
    I Am Weasel
    Ed, Edd n Eddy
    Sheep in the Big City
    Time Squad
Grim & Evil/The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy
    Codename: Kids Next Door

As do I, Harlequinn. As do I.

The Adventure Time and Regular Show seasons must have done well for them.

I'd actually like to see Cow and Chicken and I Am Weasel be next. Unlike most of the others, they haven't made it at all, not even partially.

It was my understanding that the first volume of Courage sold poorly, hence not seeing a release beyond the initial one. I wonder what prompted CN to change their minds.

I"m surprised that this 'complete second season' format was tenable. I figured (wrongly) that Courage was like Dexter: a short initial season, good ratings, then a huge second season to get the episode count up to 52 for optimal weekly rotation. Now I see that Courage simply had four seasons of average length.

Christina Miller surely didn't make the decision if that's what you're implying.

You know what would be really great? I mean, aside from two more seasons of Courage on DVD or a Dexter's Lab Complete Series in 2016 in time for the Big 2-0 of the show, it''s The What-A-Cartoon! Show which includes all the shorts along with the ones from 2000-2002. You know, in time for the Big 2-0 for World Premiere Toons/What-A-Cartoon!.
