The Battle of the Gods - Death City on the Verge of Collapse

Previously on Soul Eater: The battles between the Weapon Meisters and the witches started rocking and destroying the town. While some of the Weapon Meisters were able toe prevail, others weren't able to do so, and others were slowly being driven into madness. In the end it was all for nothing. The witches were able to free Asura. Can anything save the city now?

    Tonight:
It's all part of an all new Soul Eater, only Toonami.

As a quick reminder- SPOILERS WON'T BE TOLERATED. Now I know I have no ability to control spoilers since I am not a mod, but what I do have is the ability to threaten all of you who spoil future events. Yes, you won't have to worry about Soul coming and eating your Soul? No, you'll have a fate worse than that. Those who spoil future events will have to face the dreaded HAMMER GUN! WAH HA HA HA!

The finale of the current arc hmm? Yeah, the fight in this one is pretty fun. So far the series hasn't held up quite as well as I remember, but it's still fairly watchable, and Medusa and Stein still remain very interesting characters to me. In any case, I've always prefered the next arc overall though, pathetic and dumb ending aside.

So get to the conclusion of this arc, the same night we conclude an arc in Bleach. After this arc, the anime breaks away from the manga. It is kind of like Fullmetal Alchemist after Hughes death, it goes and does its own thing.

No more acid for Black Star.

    Happy birthday Kishin.

I see he's not anatomically correct.

    Awwww, he LIKES you!

Uh...did they decrease the frame rate on the animation just there?

Aww, the Kishin's taking its first steps. They grow up so fast.

Aww, his first words. It's "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Aww, his first act of brutal assault.

He's wrapping his own skin around himself? That's just bizarre. But then again, this is Soul Eater.

    Oy. Stupid Blair fanservice battle.

Bad kids make baby cry hurt!

I don't think Stretch Armstrongs are supposed to do that.

Give me a second. I need to find something decent to wear.

Dude, that one onlooker is in his forties!
