I still wish they could have come up with a better way to fit in "Shannaro!" than "Cha!" Thankfully, "Cha!" won't last for much longer once Jeff Nimoy's involvement with the show comes to an end after episode 51. Unfortunately, we're at episode 42.

I like how the title claims it's the "Ultimate Battle".

I'll be blunt here since I'm sick of hearing this. I don't think Masashi Kishimoto is bad at creating female characters. I just don't.

I have to admit Ino, that was pretty clever. Like I said last week, if I had to root for one of them, it would probably be Ino.

I don't think he's bad at creating them either. I just think he's bad at developing and characterizing them.

But anyway, you're completely entitled to your opinion. I'm sure there are many virtues to be found in...

Can Sakura get out of this jam? Do I really care? The answer to the second one is no.

I don't agree on that either. No I don't think he's spectacular, but I think he's mostly adequate on developing the ones he chooses to keep focusing on.

    Well that's a bit of a downer.

Another girl fight. Tenten vs. Temari.

Double ko is a satisfactory ending for them for now.

Next is Ten Ten vs Temari.

A DRAW. It ends in a draw.

Their injuries aren't as bad as they seemed. They were only out for like two minutes.

I love the Ten Ten vs. Temari battle. It's way better than this glacier-paced thing we just watched, just so you know.

So what happened are they both eliminated, or did they both advance? Well I do wish Naruto kept his big mouth shut, it is suppose to be everyone from themselves.

As for the next battle, another girl fight, at least female characters I can actully tolerate, and whose voices don't remind me of chalk scratching. And I bet either one of them would destroy Sakura or Ino in a battle in one minute.
