Episode 11 (37) “The Emperor and the Hanged Man, Part 2" Chapters adapted: 143-146 Previously on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Spoiler Arriving in India, the Crusaders found themselves swamped by the sheer amount of people, and then decided to go to a restaurant. While in the restaurant’s bathroom (whose toilets were built a few feet above a pig pen), Polnareff noticed something odd in the mirror: a Stand resembling a bandaged man with two right hands. Realizing that Centerfold, the murderer he had been trying to track down, was nearby, Polnareff took off to search for him. After spending an entire day and evening looking around the town, he met a man dressed like a cowboy named Hol Horse, who introduced himself as the user of the gun Stand Emperor. The two began to fight, but as it turned out, Hol Horse was working with Centerfold, and the mirror stand Hanged Man joined in! At the same time, the Crusaders were attempting to track down Polnareff, with Avdol being the first to find him and jumping in to assist him. While Avdol was the Stand user that Hol Horse had thought would be the most difficult to deal with, the combined teamwork of Hol Horse and Centerfold proved no match for Avdol, being almost simultaneously stabbed in the back by Hanged Man’s wrist knives and shot in the head by Emperor’s bullet. Kakyoin arrived just as this happened and tried in vain to wake Avdol, but it was too late. While Hol Horse celebrated his easy victory, Polnareff attempted to put on a brave face, cursing Avdol for interfering. But in reality, tears were streaming down his face. Now: Polnareff and Kakyoin flee town in an effort to give some distance between them and the two enemy Stand users. They manage to lose Hol Horse, but Centerfold follows in close pursuit, and his power may prove to be the most dangerous that the Crusaders have dealt with so far...
