I always liked the season two Iron Man armour, I'm actually surprised Marvel never uses it anymore. As for the 90 Spider-Man designs, they look great in stills but they're horribly over-designed for animation.

That's kinda hard for me to decide since they were mostly just ripped from the comics

I loved everything from FF Season 2, especially the Thing, Dr Doom, Thor and the black FF uniforms with blue outlines . Everybody looked great that season, from the smallest cameo to the main cast.
Iron Man without the mouthpiece and the streamlined Hawkeye worked
I thought the Kraven design with boots and Shocker were great
I was watching the X-Men episode "The Fifth Horseman" recently and the redesigned Jubilee from that season looked great to me. Rogue and Gambit were my overall favorite designs from that show. I really wasn't fond of too many designs from the X-Men and Spider-Man shows. They looked great in the funny books but were overly bulky on the show. My ideal 90's Spidey were the Mark Bagley designs in the comic, slim but well muscled, and it might have been cool if they did something like that on the show.

I'm pretty surprised at that too. It's probably one of his most streamlined designs and it looks great. I guess most artists like doing their own take on Iron Man's armor.

Fave 90's Marvels designs, hm? Let's see....

Rogue (X-Men): I've always liked Rogue's design in the 90's show, though the big hair looks dated now. My current favorite Rogue design is the one from Wolverine & the X-Men.

Scarlet Witch (Avengers: United They Stand): OK, the show was far from great, but I did like Wanda's design on the show. However, the less said about the magic snap-on Power Rangers body armor the team wore, the better.

The Fantastic Four (Marvel Action Hour, season 2): The FF's second season redesigns were a vast improvement over season 1's designs. I definitely preferred the team's blackish-blue costumes to the previous season's powder blue ones. And in some of the season 2 episodes, Ben Grimm actually wore a full uniform, with a shirt and pants as opposed to just running around in a blue Speedo. I never got why Marvel didn't want Thing to wear a full costume like the other team members; if Reed Richards can design specially adapted costumes for himself, Sue and Johnny, why can't he make a full costume for Ben?

Actually, Ben DID have a full costume in Fantastic Four #3 (debut of their costumes) but he didnt care for it and ripped it open halfway into the issue, sticking with the blue tights look.

I always thought the Thing looked cool in that blue and white full uniform, as shown in season 2. It is pretty funny that a guy that was so devestated by the way he looked would go into combat with nothing but a pair of briefs but spandex over brick must not be too comfortable.

I really thought Cyclops had the best look. Most of the others were decent but the stills always made them look better.

Sometimes, Spider-Man is drawn pretty neatly like this image, other times the mask looked quite bothersome

Season 2 sure had a fascinateing remodeling

Too bad 'Morph' isn't in the picture

I'm not a fan of "Iron Man Modular Armor", always preferred the one directly before it and after the "Silver Centurion"

Those Hulk designs are a lot more stylized than they were in the actual cartoon. I kinda wish the cartoon had hewed closer to those designs.

I like how the 3/4 shot is the same drawing except with a different BG. I see they didn't even bother putting their own spin on it.

I've always felt the blue on Cap costumes in TAS was too grab. It needed to be a darker blue.

Yeah, the blue should have been darker. That really light shade almost blends in with the walls.
