Rumor: Callan Mulvey is playing KB Beast:
Rumor: Jena Malone is playing Batgirl:
Batman News compiled new info from the Empire magazine. Some already leaked, but still a lot of Interesting tidbits...
*Ben Affleck picked out his own Bruce Wayne hairstyle for the movie, despite Deborah Snyder not being a fan of it initially.
*Ben Affleck wears a wig in the movie for his Bruce Wayne hairstyle.
*Batman is 45 or 46 in the movie, according to Zack Snyder.
*Batman has already met Joker, Harley Quinn, and the rest of the Suicide Squad. He’s the reason they’re all in prison.
*Batman carries a machine gun at one point in the movie.
*Bruce Wayne lives in a lake house that Snyder and company call the “Glasshouse”. Wayne Manor still stands, but has been abandoned.
*Clark Kent and Lois Lane live together in an apartment.
*A Detroit museum was used to film scenes at Lex Luthor’s house.
*Deborah Snyder cried when Gal Gadot first stepped onto the set as Wonder Woman.
*Five actresses auditioned for the role of Wonder Woman opposite Ben Affleck, but it was Gal Gadot who blew everyone in the room away.
*Wonder Woman’s role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is key to shifting the story towards Justice League.
*It was Zack Snyder’s idea to put Batman in his follow-up movie to Man of Steel.
*Zack Snyder admits that Christopher Nolan was “taken aback” when he told him he wanted to reinterpret Batman alongside Superman, but he’s fully supportive.
The rumor looks like Barbara Gordon. Could be Batgirl.
Now I feel like paying unnecessary attention to Bruce's hair in the movie .
Batman with a machine gun? The Batmobile or other Bat-related vehicles having them is one thing, but Batman? And those comments about him being willing to "cross the line" to protect people and being seen as "judge, jury, and executioner" by Superman is somewhat disconcerting .
At least things seem to be going well for Clark and Lois .
...and there goes a good chunk of the comic book audience's interest in seeing the film (particularly those who are familiar with modern day Batman preferring not to use guns in battle).
If it's OK for Superman to kill in Man Of Steel, then it should be OK for Batman to use a machine gun in Dawn Of Justice. Is it a "bat" machine gun? Is it a non lethal machine gun? Is he going to use a real one just for property damage? Is he going to use a real one to shoot Superman for training/information/testing? Etc etc.
Given how much it's taking from Dark Knight Returns
"Rubber bullets, honest."
Wow, so there's a rumor Scott McNairy is playing Jimmy Olsen and he
Is it possible to be "Superman's Pal" since Superman would get part of the blame for it?
Come to think of it, Jimmy didn't appear and wasn't mentioned in Man of Steel, was he?
Well, if Superman didn't kill Zod -- Jimmy and many others would be dead... but it seems like Lois is his only pal right now.
I think it was his sister or cousin MOS, which got people thinking they changed his gender. That is until Snyder debunked that.

Oh, right. The "Jenny" role played by Rebecca Buller. The woman, Perry and Steve saved from the pile of debris at the end. At first I thought that Glen Woodburn, the character Lois leaked the story to, was Jimmy -- in my head the one that looked like a younger Bruce Timm.
Y'know, I can understand wanting to take things more seriously than the Marvel movies, with "actual consequences for what happens" and all that, but that just seems really unnecessary, especially for Jimmy's debut in the DCEU. I mean, he's Jimmy Olsen !
Not only that, it would seem redundant if something similar happens to Barbara Gordon.
Malone being Oracle would fit nicely with the whole "lived-in" idea of the Bat-Family that has been around for a while.
Bleedingcool also had some interesting speculation that Mercy could be an Amazon like she was in the comics at one point.
EDIT: and I'd missed it earlier, but DC confirmed Tao Okamoto as Mercy.
I actually really like the idea of Mercy being an Amazonian. That could also explain Wonder Woman's presence.
I don't it ruins Wonder Woman's as an original character in the world.
There were always other Amazons so it really doesn't. Some of her foes were even other Amazons or mythological characters who had come to Man's World.
It could work, since their isn't much of a uniform look or ethnicity for the Amazons, and it stands to reason that others might have left Themyscira to follow Diana's example .
Knowing Lex, it's likely he would look for the best of the best to be his bodyguard and an Amazon would definitely fit that (whether he knows it or not), especially with the onset of Metahumans. I could also see Lex "corrupting" or convincing an Amazon to work with him.
