TwoMorrow's Back Issue! #99, set to hit shelves on August 9, 2017, is a special issue dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Batman: The Animated Series, and one that fans should definitely pick-up. Having had the chance to read the issue, I can't recommend it enough. It's thorough, incredibly well-researched and features some great new behind-the-scenes content and interviews. It also offers up a look at the overall impact and reach of Batman: The Animated Series. Official details and cover artwork can be found below, along with a link on how to purchase it.

Nice! I think that's the same company that did that Modern Masters with Bruce Timm back in the day.

Got one of these on order that'll go on the shelf right next to the indispensable tome that is Batman Animated. Got to wait for stock to come in, but the effort and waiting is something I highly recommend to fans. Really does look like a lot of meaty content for a modest sum.

I'm about halfway through. Definitely well written and informative read on behind the scenes of B:TAS. Lot of great anecdotes. The one bit about the making of Sub-Zero was pretty hilarious, imo, with whatever exec asking them 'why can't you just sub 'Mr. Freeze' in wherever 'Bane' is in the script? :D

Pretty neat Romano brainstormed Patrick Stewart, Michael York and Christopher Lee for Ra's al Ghul.
