*Thinking out loud* Hmmmm, wonder if they still have BUGS, DAFFY, WILE E., TAZ, PEPE, TNYTOON, or the obvious one: FIFI. ;)

Heh! ... but again, there's goes the reason why I ended up with PPG instead of A!.

Suprising to me too ... I'll keep an eye out if I ever run across one. Granted, it's not like there are any PPG license plate frames either, but what I have works out well enough. ;)

Actually, it's YAKKO, and only boingy boingy boingy on the frame. I know 'cause it's on my friend's car. He should still be 2nd place for the largest A! shirt collection.

    -- Kane ... hmmmm, I wonder who's first? :D

Cool... though people might think you're Craig McCracken or one of the main artists/actors!

As for a Fifi plate, well, "FIFILAF" or "FIFI LF" or some form... of course the car must be purple. Baby Plucky fans should shoot for ELELATR.

And if all else fails, move to another state and try again! heheh...

I'm sure of that. I notice people staring at times.

At least he hasn't heard of any instance in which folks have mistaken my car for his before, though, which is good. Craig doesn't need to hear any complaints about my driving.

Most of the good A! ones are taken there too. I know Oregon WAKKO plates belong to, of all people, a security guard at the zoo. His name isn't Ralph, though.

-- Kane ... not sure what his name is, really. Rex knows, though.

That and the fact that both have were not only Emmy-nominated, but indeed Emmy winners. Multiple times for A!, and the first one for the WB Network on the latter.

-- Kane ... grumbling something about how an a.t.a.-er could've written that a lot better.

Oh there it is. How did I miss that. I did see it was spelled correctly earlier in the press release though. Simple typo, nothing to get huffy about.

Yes it is. It's points out that the one writing it was not only unknowledgable, but also did nothing in facts checking.

Any which way you look at it, a professional writer, writing at an unprofessional level, is just bad.

-- Kane ... but then, I did spend many years on a.t.a. too, so I've got some nitpicking experience too. :p

Earl Kress has a post saying that the company that's doing the special features originally hired him as a consultant but let him go partway through, meaning that some material he found in the vaults (unused animation from "Animaniacs") won't be on the set. Too bad. Maybe someone will unearth that material for one of the later sets.

Ye gods! That's the worst-written press release I've ever seen. Besides one whole paragraph being nothing but a rewording of the P&TB theme song for the show description, there are several other typos/errors -- and to confuse "antidote" with "anecdote"? What a moron.

At any rate, I'll be very very glad when July 25th gets here. I'm treating myself to two birthday presents that day.

    [edit]Hey, Kane -- long time.

I just knew that "The Start of All Things Wacky" featurette title in the press release was wrong. It fit A!, not P&TB.

And good lord--they put "antidote" rather than "anecdote" on the freaking cover art. Is this just a poorly-conceived pun on the part of the copywriter and I just don't get it? More likely that the copy editor was a complete moron.
