The Mysterious Toon Zone

User ID #1 (Toon Zone aka The Ultimate Administrator) has registered before everyone else, but has never posted. Why has he never posted on this board? What is the purpose of registering first if he had no reason to ever post?

You actually had the time to look up every ID and see which ones weren't there???

The ones that are deleted are mostly people who registered but never answered the confimation e-mail. I resend the e-mail about once a week to those people, and if they don't respond after a few weeks I delete the ID.

The Toon Zone ID is only there for doing behind the scenes stuff, cause it has the power to alter anything.
