Friendly Four Idea

This is my idea for a Darkwing Duck spin-off based on the Negaverse episode.

Synopsis

The Friendly Four are four of the most powerful superheroes in the Negaverse. They are made up of Megavolt, Quackerjack, Bushroot, and the Liquadator. They are joined up by members of FOWL (Federal Operatives of World Law). Together, they fight Negaduck and the evil forces of SHUSH (Super Heinous Underworld of Spies and Horror). This gives meaning to the term Role Reversal.

Main Characters

Megavolt-Leader of the Friendly Four and genius; He and Negaduck have a longstanding rivalry going back to high school. He has the power to control and restore electricity. Unlike his counterpart, he's more sane and moral.

Quackerjack-Toymaker and Inventor; He's on the run from Negaduck because he stopped him from using his toy company as a weapons smuggling operation. While he uses his weaponry toys to defeat Negaduck, he gives normal toys to needy kids. He and Megavolt are best friends.

Bushroot- A Former botanist turned plant duck. He changed after a lab accident, now on the run for illegally using plants during Negaduck's rule. He can control plant life and make it regrow.

Liquadator-Once Bud Flud, president of his own water company, he tried to stop Negaduck's plans to get rich by polluting tap water and make people pay big for bottled water. Negaduck caught him pouring water cleaning chemicals in and made him fall into a vat of toxic water, turning him into the Liquadator. Now he uses his water powers for good.

Gosalyn-Once Negaduck's charge, now she sees the Friendly Four as her family. She's really sweet. She calls upon the Friendly Four whenever there's trouble.

Tank Muddlefoot- The smart kid of the Muddlefoot family. He helps the Friendly Four when they need it. He is considered the family black sheep.

Negaduck-Arch foe of the Friendly Four (especially Megavolt). He rules the Negaverse with an iron fist. He has a longstanding rivalry with Megavolt since he's the one who gave him his powers. He sociopathic and psychotic.

The Muddlefoots-A family of violent bikers who enjoy wanton destruction and vandalism. They are the henchmen of Negaduck. Honker often bullies Tank.

Evil Launchpad-He's Negaduck's muscle and right hand man.

J. Gander Hoover- Head of SHUSH; He rivals Negaduck in World Domination and demands perfection from his henchmen.

GrizzleyKoff- A strongman who enjoys chaos.

Dr. Bellum- An evil scientist who uses her inventions to achieve world domination.

Supporting Characters

Steel Beak-Number one agent of FOWL and ally of the Friendly Four
Ammonia Pine-Enforcer of FOWL who uses weapons disguised as cleaning products

Dr. DoGood- Head of FOWL

Camille Chameleon-Megavolt's love interest and high school sweetheart. She's a scientist who worked on a chemical to give people the abilities of a chameleon.
