Hi gang
Hi I'm the author who uses the alias Alan Smithee. I decided to tell you a little about myself.
1. I understand your need to maintain your continuity and I repect it. Actually one of my reasons for writing "Chan's the Man" was to hopefully persuade you to use Jackie Chan Adventures characters. After reading the Thanksgiving story, I see you already have.
2. Sometimes I put in cameo's by stars that I like. The cabbie for example is Kevin McDonald of the Canadian comedy troupe Kids In the Hall. Expect to see him frequently in stories.
3. I watch alot of cartoons.....a lot. Don't be surprised if you see characters you have never heard of in a future story.
4. I love villains! I like to use a variety of villains. From geniuses like Stewie Griffin and Sideshow Bob (my favorite villain) To miscellanous foes like Valmont or Aku you can expect to see a varied foe.
5. I'm a little ashamed of this one but I enjoy tied up females. So one usually appears in my work somewhere.
There you go, if anyone has any questions please respond to my post, and i
t's a pleasure to read your stuff.

Hello new guy!
Always nice to have a new writer along. Now if you'll just give us time to revive the old hazing new guy laws we'll have some real fun....wait, I said that out loud? Well there goes our fun.
We have a few things in common. I watch cartoons, I like Kevin McDonald, I like villains{you can't have a good hero without a villain}I like Stewie{but I _love_ him in our fics}and Sideshow Bob, but I don't quite have the same love of females in trouble that you do. Oh well, 4 out of 5 ain't bad, right?

You two also have other things in common! Your usernames are your real names with lower cases... and you both wear pants!

Thanks
Thanks to both of you guys for responding, all I wanted was someone to pay attention to me. By the way Robert, I love many of your stories especially the two Histeria Night Lives'. Plus Gene Burrows is one of the greatest fanfic villains ever! And you give the characters of Histeria! a lot of depth, and they need it.

Re: Thanks
Regarding your original comments:
>>>1. I understand your need to maintain your continuity and I repect it. Actually one of my reasons for writing "Chan's the Man" was to hopefully persuade you to use Jackie Chan Adventures characters. After reading the Thanksgiving story, I see you already have.
Yep, as seen in that Thanksgiving story, albeit mostly under a goofy perspective (Chandu having gone Hollywood for one ;-) Oh, and (almost) no Jade. ;-)
>>>2. Sometimes I put in cameo's by stars that I like. The cabbie for example is Kevin McDonald of the Canadian comedy troupe Kids In the Hall. Expect to see him frequently in stories.
Yep, wouldn't be a story on here without enough cameos to resemble the Oscars.... and I liked "Kids in the Hall" as well...
>>>3. I watch alot of cartoons.....a lot. Don't be surprised if you see characters you have never heard of in a future story.
Not a concern---I haven't heard of half the 80's-era musicians Capt. Caps has used ;-)
>>>4. I love villains! I like to use a variety of villains. From geniuses like Stewie Griffin and Sideshow Bob (my favorite villain) To miscellanous foes like Valmont or Aku you can expect to see a varied foe.
Same in the stories to date, though lately it seems Stewie's become the "master villian" of choice...
>>5. I'm a little ashamed of this one but I enjoy tied up females. So one usually appears in my work somewhere.
I'll let someone else handle that one...
As for your comments on liking the obscure villains like the Shade, that'd be me and my comic-book-worthless-trivia doing. I've also used superheroes/comic themes in other stories, notably in "Brain of Two Worlds" (taken off of the classic "Flash of Two Worlds" story) and "Brain's Mission For President Reagan" (where we see the mice in the 1980's assisting on a national mission of importance none other than Superboy ("Superman when he was a boy" version))...

Thanks alot Brainatra
Thanks for responding, I just want you authors to understand that I'm not a threat to you, and I repect your work. I'm glad one of the authors of many of the stories I've read has finally responded to me. I just hope your friends are as open as you are. Also if that Kwanzaa special is a real idea, I look forward to seeing it.

Re: Thanks alot Brainatra
You're welcome....
Re: Kwanzaa special: No, it's not a real idea...was just kidding. Plus, Kwanzaa ended on Jan. 1st (making it a bit untimely by now); though I suppose it's still a few weeks before "Black History Month" starts ("When Stewie Griffin tries to alter Black History Month to "Stewie Griffin Month" [complete with "Peter Griffin Week"], the Warners and Axel Foley must assemble a variety of noted African-American superheroes, 80's celebrities and miscellaneous hangers-on (including a few famous African-Americans yanked out of the past and pulled into the present) to combat this ego-centric threat. Guest stars: W.E.B. DuBois,Tootie from "The Facts of Life", Static from "Static Shock!", the entire population of Cincinnati....don't miss it!")

Yeah, was kidding with that story idea, too....

trailer
Oh well, I'm sure you guys have something planned. Anyway I'm gonna put up the trailer for my upcoming story...
Announcer: (who sounds like the guy from Cartoon Network's Cartoon Theater) It's been several months since he tried to conquer the world but he was defeated by a motley crew of heroes (shows pictures of the Warners, Axel and the crew from Warner Academy 2). He has spent months plotting revenge, and now he's back, with his most diabolical scheme of vengence ever!
Yakko: Oh no
Wakko: What is it?
Yakko: Didn't you hear that guy? he's back!
Dot: Oh no not....Tom Green!
(they all scream)
Announcer: Not him you fools, it's Stewie, he's back.
Warners: Oh, (pause, then they scream and run around)
Announcer: Starring Yakko Warner
(Yakko is playing with paddleballs)
Wakko Warner
(Wakko is eating a huge pile of food)
Dot Warner
(She is looking at herself in the mirror)
Slappy & Skippy Squirrel
(she throws a bomb at the camera)
Those three mice
(Brain looks angry while Pinky is happily dancing
in the background)
Axel "I have no career" Foley
(Axel looks severley pissed)
Katie Ka-boom
(she stands there with her arms crossed)
And of course...
Stewie Griffin
(the villain is shown, sitting on a chair, an evil grin on his face. He is illuminated by lightning)
Gene Splicer
(He is working at a table and turns to face the camera)
And featuring a pair of guest villians so evil they make Satan look like a whiny mama's boy.
(Cut to Satan)
Satan: No they don't.
Announcer: Okay maybe not but they're still scary (lightning flash)Plus a whole bunch of special guests, see them all in the Wrath of Stewie! Coming soon to a theater near you, or some guy named Fred's house.

Re: trailer
Comments:
- Is this your own story or a chainlink thingamajig?
- You forgot Billie in your "those three mice" credit. ;-)
-B.
Notes the workout Stewie's gotten of late...
-
It depends...
I was kinda planning on my own, but I could use input from you talented authors to help. Right now I've kinda put it on the back burner until I can come up with something.

On second thought...
You know what, what the hell I'll make it a chainlink story. I could certianly use help froom others. I'll start and whoever wishes to participate can do so.
