C&C- Bleach - "The Moment of Conclusion: Grimmjow's finale"[11/21]

Bleach is on at 1:00am eastern with ONE brand new episode!

Last time: The showdown between Ichigo and Grimmjow heated up as Ichigo released his mask and Grimmjow released his zanpakuto showing his resurrection form. Ichigo and Grimmjow fought back and back with equal amounts of strength until Grimmjow kept firing his cero at Ichigo, who had Orihime and Nel right behind them, Ichigo with his power protected them but lost pieces of his mask in the process. Grimmjow kept taking down Ichigo and eventually shoved him in the corner thinking it was the very end of the fight, but Orihime cries and tells Ichigo to not die, and then suddenly.. Ichigo says "Sorry Grimmjow, but I can't die here" and slashes him right in the chest..

Today: The battle ends, who shall come out on top? Can Ichigo defeat Grimmjow and save Orihime? Or shall Grimmjow really prove to be stronger than Ichigo? This part of the Hueco Mundo arc ends tonight!

Time for the Espada roll call!(Major credit goes to Neo Ultra Mike for working so hard on getting the descriptions updated!)

So from left to right we have
Ulquiorra Schiffer (Rank: 4th) - Is fairly cold and indifferent to most and one of Aizen's most loyal Espada responsible for kidnapping Orihimie and psychogically trying to break her. Which apparently isn't working too well but he did take out Ichigo. In turn Grimmjow helped revive Ichigo and sent this guy to some parallel dimension where he can annoy others with his emo indifference.

Stark (Former Nickname: Lazy Bones. Rank: Unknown) - An Espada who likes his sleep. So much so he sleeps through hearing fellow Espada dying. Has an annoying female follower named Lilyenette who appearntly likes beating him up whenever he sleeps which I suspect are quite often.

Nnoitra (Formerly known as Spoonhead. Rank: Unknown) - Is tall and has a creepy smile made even more creepy by the fact he sounds like Dean Venture hitting puberty. Nnoitra has a Fraccion (an Arrancar chosen by an Espada to follow them) named Tesla and does not like fighting weak opponents wanting to be acknowledged as the strongest even if he already thinks he is. Thus why he didn't kill Chad cause... well Chad kind of sucks.

Halibel (Former Nickname: Mrs. Underboob/Censorboob. Rank: Unknown) - The only female Espada who got her nickname due to her arrancar uniform, which as you can see was censored when it hit the anime. Has three female Fraccion followers (Mila Rose, Sun Sun and Apache) and is watching Ichigo and Grimmjow's battle and comments how it's like an Espada battle more then anything. And that's all we know about her.

Aaroniero Arruruerie (DECEASED) (Rank: 9th. Former Nickname: Mr. Bubbles. Arrancar Zanpakto: Glotoneria). Now it can be revealed: Aaronierio is the only Gillian member of the Espada. A two head weirdo who can actually absorb a hollow's abilities and powers when it dies. He actually ate the hollow who ate Kaien which explains why he can take his form. He's also the first Espada to show off his resurrecion which is some sort of giant.. purple tentacle monster with two jaws on either side of his body. He has the power of thousands of hollows and the potential to use all of their powers in his resurrecion form. Ruika killed him by stabbing him in the head. However he played his death to the other Espada and seemingly killed Ruika when she killed him.

Yammy (Rank: 10th) -The first Espada we've met and from what we've seen essistanly dumb and fairly easy to beat. If you're not Orihime or Chad that is.

Old Guy (Nickname Due To Not Being Named Yet. Rank: Unknown) Nothing really know about him besides the fact he's... old. And complains when people die stupidly.

Syazel Aporro Granz(Rank: 8th Former Nickname: NERDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD and The Prissy one) - The younger brother of Illford Granz (15th Arrancar and one of Grimmjow's Fraccions killed by Renji 40 episodes ago) Syzael is apparently the scientist of Hueco Mundo and enjoys collecting new expierments to work on, even those of his fallen team-mates and family members. A fairly sick and twisted indivudal but his fact finding made him able to counter all of Renji and Uryu's attack with only his shirt sustaining any true damage. The group has elected to run away from this weirdo but will they run far enough to truley escape him?

Affirmative Action Arrancar (Nickname Due To Not Being Named Yet. Rank: Unknown) - He's Affirmative action because he's the only true black arrancar/Espada in the anime. Yammy's more mexcian, Underboob's a mulatto and Tosen isn't an arrancar. Shown mediating after Aarenerio's death).

Grimmjow Jagerjaquez - Rank: 6th. (Zanpakuto: Pantera) Ichigo's Espada rival who reclaimed his spot after offing Luppi His rage and rebelling attiduing also makes him one of the more popular Espada. Especially when he smacked around the two ****** who were harassling Orihime, brought the orange haired "princess" to Ichigo so she could heal him, sent Ulqouirra somewhere and is about to fight Ichigo for what could be the final time. Grimmjow did release his Zanpakto (It's name Pantera which turns him into some sort of blue kitty kat man) and is trying to get Ichigo to fight him with all he has. There's a bit more to Grimmjow though that we'll find out tonight.

NO SPOILERS: NO TALK OF FUTURE ARCS, EVENTS, AND ETC! ALL FUTURE TALK MUST STAY IN THE ANIME FORUM! PLEASE SUPPORT THE DUB WATCHERS! Oh guys..NO HINTING FOR THIS EPISODE, AT LEAST NOT FOR THIS ONE, and you know what I mean by hinting >_>.

Notes: Well guys this is it, we went from the end of the Soul Society arc of Aizen's betrayal to Filler Bounts to Arrancars and now to Hueco Mundo. Yep, this is the last episode of Bleach for a long time. The show is going on hiatus and taking a bit of a break, yet if you still want more Bleach, in two more weeks Adult Swim will be airing the second movie "The Diamond Dust Rebellion", which is on December 5th. Next week to take Bleach's place, is the first movie, so if you missed it, there is your chance.

Enjoy the episode guys, honestly...it's a bit strange that were up to this part, it has not been that long ago since Japan has aired this.(Only a year and half ago to be exact)

Your right we are getting close to Japan, maybe a little too close of confort, which is why I think the hitatous will be long.

Hopefully in the mean time, VIZ will dub the 3rd Bleach movie and the Sealed Sword Frenzy speical. I understand if they never dub the first Bleach special "Memories In The Rain" that might confuse the audiance as the events already happened in the series.

well lo and behold the last episode of canon bleach for a long time (let's hope just till february or march I want to hear some new OPs and question during the next arc there were commercials for the new OP/ED during the japanese broadcast run. Is it okay to link to the openings when they begin which is around the 180s at least the commercial shown during the bleach arc)

WOW its funny to realize that OMG last year we were in soul society and now we are literally thrown into the end of season 7! So we passed the bount arc, capture orihime and now hueco mundo with one of the climactic ends to one of the best battles of bleach 2008. Wow its been a long haul LOL! From new nicknames to the espada, to dessimating the announcer guy ad nauseum, it has been a treat. And let's hope bleach remains this way for a bit (peeks into the future with a great grimace).

Oh ye grimmjow, this cannot be your last catboy! I will be depressed if it is =) eh well what am I talking about on with tonight's show!

I'd rather keep future openings and "endings" away from these threads until they actually air if you don't mind, Nothing serious against ya with that but it keeps the spoilers out. ^^

Well is it too much of a spoiler for me to say the next opening and ending are one of my favorites in the series? I love the two songs, too bad we won't see the full ED on Adult Swim.

So this will most likely be the last New Bleach of the year, Im guessing this is because Viz isn't sure weather they should air the Filler arc or not (frankly I hope they don't it would probably confuse the yonger viewers who don't know about it, and piss of some of us who do.)

I really hope New Bleach is back on by at least by april.

No of course that's not a spoiler. Guys it's just not good to link the next canon opening when that has massive amounts of spoilers as it is. Of course it's cool to say it's your favorite. xD

But yeah, I see the show coming back in Spring.

I don't think there would be a reason like that. If they got through the bount arc then this is nothing. They probably don't have enough episodes dubbed. They've been airing episodes non-stop for awhile with double episodes. Adult swim most likely caught up to viz.

Speaking of recaps, here's something to watch during the eventual recap. Beats complaining about Kirk Thornton's work as the Narrator.

Since I am awake...and this is one of my favorite fights, I think I shall watch this episode. I haven't seen any of HM dubbed, so I am interested in GJ's voice.

I wonder why they are taking a break. I am going to assume it is because of the holidays and they don't want to air episodes and get awful ratings, but it might be because Bleach is a sinking ship. Granted, the next filler arc isn't horrible, but still.

Well, I had to work late tonight and I wasn't quite sure what the schedule was for tonight, considering the hiatus, but I was pleasently surprised to see that the only new episode is going to be at 1:00 tonight. If it was the normal schedul I would've missed the first half of the first episode.

Anyway, I gotta admit I'm really gonna miss posting and talking about the newest Bleach episodes every Saturday night, but I guess it's also good to take a break. It frees up that one hour of my Saturday schedule anyway. Well, here's hoping that the hiatus ends relatively soon. Oh and...

Well, I'm actually glad that the show is taking a hiatus. I can finally go to sleep early on Saturday nights, I value all the sleep I have. Man I've been looking forward to this one.

Last Time: Ichigo reveals his mask, which reminds Orihime of her brother when he was a hollow. Grimmjow reveals something that's called his resurrection where he looks like a cross between a cat and a lizard. Nel tells Orihime she has to believe in Ichigo. She tells Ichigo she's counting on him to win. This gives Ichigo the strength to recover and deliver a crucial blow to Grimmjow.

(For last time for quite a while) SHOWTIME!

Well if they're doing work on Season 8 Now then that means that they probably don't have enough dubbed to show it and thus are going to the end of Season 7 (which is a good place to end for awhile) and then taking the hiatus.

Okay let me try one of those previously on recaps: Ichigo went M.A.S.K as Grimmjow used thunder, thunder, THUNDERcats power. The battle was watched by Halibel and the quote unquote "Kanker SIsters" of bleach (I don't see it as much so far) as well as Nel and Orihime. Orihime was upset at Ichigo's mask form because it reminded her of her decased brother (remember all the way back to episode 2 and 3?) but Nel reminded her how hard Ichigo is fighting for her so she encourage him not to die. And Ichigo got to slice Grimmjow really good in a moment mostly everyone agrees was rather cool.

And Begin final episode! And final time this opening will play on AS for a new ep. Sad cause I liked this opening but what can you do?
