Huh, seeing the clip at first I thought Morgan Freeman was playing Lucius Fox, not Black Manta.

It wasn't even Morgan Freeman playing Black Manta, it's Tom Kane doing a dang good imitation. And as a parody of "The Shawshank Redemption", they wanted a "black" supervillain and a "white" supervillain for the roles.
