I like how the introduction of the new character (Hotwire) was handled. It will be interesting to see what (if anything) they do with her next. The ending makes me believe we will be seeing more of here down the road.

What the season 5 episodes should be...

Ok... it felt slightly short and more of a 'lets fight bane with this new superheroine'!... but i enjoyed it and it never felt like i was dragging myself through thecomic to finish the story. On that... the story was basicallyan introduction to 'Hotwire'.

The art was fantastic... not Chris Jones... but still good!!

The end was great and shows the promise of more continuity style storytelling in the comic. Perhaps as the show ends, they will simply play with the comic for a year or so.

(Sneak peek at 'super friends': art looks nice, story looks bland... perfect for the target audience!)

The story was good, and I like how it ended. The artwork was fantastic; I really like Tong's take on Batman, and he gave Batman & Robin some great facial expressions. The JL member who makes an appearance at the end looks awesome as well.

By thy side,

Figaro

Hey Guys,
I can't vote since i am bias, but I'm glad you liked the story. Andy did a remarkable job with the art. I have the pleasure of working with him again on a Smallville project premiering later this month. Keep your eyes peeled for that, and hopefully we will see more of Hotwire in the future. I would like to go further into her mythos and what she can do with the Justice League.

Cheers,
Stephan

I know its late, but I finally got the chance of reading this issue. It was well-done. I like the way Bane is here, since he doesn't have itty-bitty legs, and is more of a threat.

Hotwire was also an interesting character. Just like Gearhead in issue #36, I hope they continue her story in the future.

The story was well written and it was nice to see a Hotwire interact with Batman and Robin to beat Bane. Looking forward to see whats next for her in The Batman comic book series.
