Happy Birthday, Joe Barbera.

"Who's that?" - Johnny Bravo
Happy 92nd birthday to Joseph Barbera, one of the last surviving animation pioneers, the co-creator of Tom and Jerry, Huckleberry Hound, Yogi Bear, The Flintstones, Scooby-Doo, and a whole myriad of characters.
Felt this was the appropriate place to put that in. The media hardly recognize the contributions of individuals who made an impact on animation.
What does the X stand for? It's definitely not Extreme. Extreme starts with E.
Happy Birthday, Joe Barbera.

Happy birthday, Joseph Barbera!
There are a lot of Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters in that picture, including some from lesser-known shows.Originally Posted by mbaker

You know, I thought he was dead, but then again I seem to get old famous people mixed up a lot.
Anyways, happy birthday to the very much live Joe Barbera!![]()
Yup. It's a signature. Go away if you're expecting something interesting here.
He's alive?!Is this some kind of sick joke?! I heard on my local news station 3 years ago that he died from some type of lung cancer. I'm supprised I've never heard anything from him until now!
Anywho happy birthday Joe! Now could you just please show the public the Jetsons movie again.
Also I wish Bandit would eat Inch High Private High in that picture there.![]()
Your probably refering to his partner Bill Hanna, who died in 2001 at the age of 90.Originally Posted by Nin-Nin69
