Was it Winfred or Wilfred, or something like that?
This was bothering me. I watched the short, "A-Haunting We Will Go", a long time ago. And, I recently read about it, and it said tht Daffy Duck had a nephew. But, I can't remember his name and the review also did not say, the book was: "Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies: A Complete Illustrated Guide to the Warner Bros. Cartoons", but it did not say the nephew's name. Does anyone know?
And, I have another question regarding Daffy. Disney had a Silly Symphony cartoon character named Max Hare, whose cockiness inspired Bugs Bunny. Was there any Silly Symphony cartoon character that inspired Daffy Duck?
Was it Winfred or Wilfred, or something like that?

I think Winfred (or Wilfred) appeared in this one cartoon that Robert McKimson made (I forget the name.) where he goes out trick, or treating for Halloween, and ends up at Which Hazle's haunted house. (wearing the exact same costume that Bugs Bunny wore in one of Hazle's earlier cartoon appearances.) He runs home, and tells his Uncle Daffy about Hazle, and wants his opinion on weather she's really A which, or not. The cartoon also features Speedy Gonzoles, and Hazle turns him into an exact likeness of herself while she goes out to get more ingredients. I forget the name of this cartoon.
Come to think of it, I think it was Wentworth.
