Favorite Scooby Villian/Monster

Out of all the Scooby Doo Series, movies, and games(From the very first series to "What's New Scooby Doo"), which villian-in-mask, monster, ghost, human monster and any other kind of Scooby Villain are your favorites?

The one that kills all of them. Has that happened?

I'm makeing this easy on my self. I can't choose one all-time faveorite.

From the original series and the Scooby Doo Show:

-The Creeper: Classic!
-The Strawberry, Vinillia, and Colocalate phantoms: One of the most orniginal villan(s). And they haunted a ice cream factory no less!

From the movies:

-Lena (Zombie Island): I whould have posted this as a spoiler but I guess everyone knows it by now. I really didn't think she was the villian till the end.
-Ben Ravencroft (Wicth's Ghost): Another suprise villian.
-The Phantom Virus (Cyber Chase): I just loved his voice.

From "What's New Scooby Doo?":

-The Huanted Mystery Machine: This was a really intersting one. Never thought their own van could turn on them.

But I think the DTV's had the best villians out of all of them. They were actually real, evil villains.
