I picked the Flintstones as well...the Jetsons seems too based on the comic strip "Blondie" (which I hate) for my tastes, esp. since almost every plot seemed to revolve around George utterly depressed about everything/hating his job/being brow-beaten by his repressive boss Mr. Spacely despite how much kewl futuristic stuff he had.

Oh, and of course, the Flintstones had all those great stupid "rock" puns (PINKY: "Michael Jackstone"... "New Rock City"... "Indianrockolis"... "Chipcago"! WA-HAHAHAHA! "Chipcago"! Oooh, that one's funny, Brain! NARF! :-)

I also like The Flintstones more. I also like the movie where they meet each other.

    Past gas vs. future schlock

I recall some black comedian--in the days before BET--lamenting about the lack of minorities in both shows. "Am I supposed to believe there were no black cavemen? Where you think Fred got them big ol' ribs he's eating in the opening, huh?" And of the Jestons: "All you had to do," he insisted, "was switch two letters around in 'Elroy' and what you got? 'LEROY'!"
Plus McCracken's updated FLINTSTONES was a lot better than John K.'s modern JETSONS shorts, taking into account both the radically different lengths to play with and even considering Fred's occasional horse's-butt behavior....

I like the Jetsons better. I always thought The Flintstones let Fred get away with alot of stuff and Wilma just forgave him like that!

I am probably the only one who thinks this:

Although I like most Hanna-Barbera series from the 1960s, neither of those are good.

    The Flintstones, by far.

And, just as a purist comment, "Flintstones On the Rocks." was Written and Storyboarded By Chris Savino, David Smith, And Clayton and Cindy Morrow. It was Directed and Art-Directed By David Smith and Chris Savinio. Supervising proudcer was Genndy uh.....Tartakvosky. (I think I spelled that right.)

(This was a presintation of Spaz's memory, filled with all sorts of useless facts.)
If you get put in solitary, it ****ing sucks. I was put in there just because they had me in double-lock maximum security, and it's the most tedious ****ing thing. I can't think of anything more boring. There's a Japanimation cartoon I've been trying to watch on Cartoon Network called Witch Hunter Robin, and that's almost as boring.
