IT'S OFFICIAL! SPEEDY GONZALES IS BACK!

It's true! Iknow this belongs in the TTTP forum but I have to post it here! Thanks to Matthew Hunter's petition and to a lot of people who really cared about this little character, including myself. He's one of my favorite characters of all time, next to Pepe Le Pew. According to the FoxNews Report and HispanicsOnline, he'll be shown occasionally during the next few weeks. The fans made it official--they wanted him back and now he is!

Everybody, I hope you'll all join me in this moment of joy. I mean, Matthew, Jon Cooke, Nelson Hughes, Dr. Belch, The King; my dearest friend, Delia; and anyone else who wants to.

I'm glad he's back, though. He's a cool little mousie...and I'm not just saying that because he makes a good meal.

He didn't leave. He was kicked out (temporarily, it appears) due to complaints about him being a Degrading Ethnic Steriotype. But from what I've heard, the response from the Hispanic community makes it abundantly clear that very few of them regard Speedy as any such thing.
