I figure you mean Yogi Bear? No offense, but I think there have been too many revivals already.
Film Roman
Nelvana
Mike Young Productions
I'm not saying there WILL be such a revival, but suppose there is?
What would be the best animation studio for it?
- Film Roman (It's leader, Phil Roman, used to be a Peanuts special director; and it's the Animation Company behind The Simpsons and X-Men: Evolution)
- Nelvana (The world-famous studio from Canada and produced the US versions of Anime Cardcaptors and Medabots)
- Mike Young Productions (Produces the BUMs, but that's basically Nick's loss. Look beyond the crap and think of some of their good productions, like The Life and Advetnures of Santa Claus Movie that aired on CN a few years back)
I think Scooby-Doo is knida over-rated and all of the HB Dogs should be praised.
Wouldn't it be great if their could be more Peanuts specials on DVD?

How about Matt Wilson and his "Animated Diversions Productions"? They would do a GREAT job!
Cartoon Network studios. Or Spumco. If any one else where to do it I'd cringe.
If you get put in solitary, it ****ing sucks. I was put in there just because they had me in double-lock maximum security, and it's the most tedious ****ing thing. I can't think of anything more boring. There's a Japanimation cartoon I've been trying to watch on Cartoon Network called Witch Hunter Robin, and that's almost as boring.

Definately Cartoon Network Studios. (Formally Hanna-Barbera) Although John K. and Spumco did A pretty good job on "Boo Boo Runs Wild", and "A Day In The Life Of Ranger Smith" (Depending on who you talk to.) I just can't imagin any other studio working with these characters. It would be like Matt Groening giving The Simpsons to Di$ney. (That also depends on who you talk to.)

Alright, how does THIS sound? CTNS produces the sound and other operations, just not the animation...and especially not the the character design.
I would cringe if I saw Yogi & Co. done in the way Genndy Tartavosky does (No Offense). I would rather see Nelvana design them in a new way or Phil or Mike do it in the old fashioned way, thank you very much.

Are you kidding? I would love to see Genndy do something like that. He's greatly influenced by the early Hanna-Barbera look most of the time. I just don't see Nelvana doing it.
Spumco, Spumco, Spumco. Those two John K.-produced eps are the only ones I can stand in the whole lot.
I would not. If it's going to happen, it should be done more like the original. Are you kidding? I would love to see Genndy do something like that.
Hey everybody,
Do you guys remeber "Yo Yogi!"?![]()
I'd also like to add (This may sound stupid) Will Vinton Studios. Tell me Yogi wouldn't look cool in claymation!

I don't remember "Yo Yogi." What is it?
Will Vinton Claymation? LOL!
"Yo Yoji" was Hanna-Barbarbea's Yogi revival for the early 90s on the NBC Satursday Morning block. Yogi and friends appears as hip teenagers who worked at the Jellystone Mall. Ranger Smith appeared as the mall's head police officier and Auggie Doggie was the owner of the mall.

Oh horror! You mean that actually existed!! I personally don't think I could handle a remake of Yogi in any way, shape, or form. Just like Scooby Doo, I think it should remain a classic, and not be messed with.

I'll say it early, late, and often:
SPUMCO!!!!!!!

Yeah, I remember "Yo, Yogi". Didn't care for it too much for it either. It just skewed with the time line in much the same way as "The Flintstone Kids", and "A Pup Named Scooby-Doo". (Are we suppose to belive that A mall existed at one time in Jellystone, and was probably torn down?) Oh, and it wasn't Augie Doggie who owned the mall. It was hid "Dear Old Dad".
Yes, I've heard of Yo, Yogi!
In my personal opinion, THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD A HIGH SCHOOL INSTEAD OF A MALL! It would've made it look more like Saved By the Bell and would've made more sense.
Also, if I were to make a revival, it would actually be WORTH THE TIME, like Yogi's Treasure Hunt (no offense to you if you never cared for it) or Yogi's Gang.
PS: STOP THE SPUMCO MADNESS! I WOULD NEVER HAVE A REVIVAL MADE FROM THAT STUDIO! TOO GROSS!

Clam Down. Everybody has different tastes. Some people like Spumco, (Myself included) and you don't need to scream at them for doing so. I, personally would like a Yogi series from Spumco. (Granted, I'd rather have Cartoon Network or Will Vinton studios do one.) You don't need to condem me or any one else for that want.PS: STOP THE SPUMCO MADNESS! I WOULD NEVER HAVE A REVIVAL MADE FROM THAT STUDIO! TOO GROSS!
P.S. I would not want Roman, Nelvana, or Young doing any Yogi series. They'd probably screw it up with some kind of Captin Planet-esq pro-enviorment message.

That I agree with.
Uh, I would NOT have anything like that on the show.Originally posted by Spaz13_88

BTW, it's the decision of myself, and NOT the production studio.
