toon kitty in jail w/ dog

anyone know of this loony toon character and the episode? I think she's pals with pigeons/or hates them. She was in jail or something, her best friend is a dumb dog..?
She belts out a greta song in the episode..an operetta kinda do.
Anyone? What's her name? She's kinda brown I think..

Um.. *thinks* I don't know of any loony toons characters like that, but maybe your thinking of Animaniacs? (Another Warner Bros. show). One of the sets of characters are a cat named Rita and her friend a dog named Runt. I'm not sure about the pigeons part, but the first cartoon she was in was of her being in the pound and she met Runt there (that'd be the dumb dog )
She does sing in it yes, thats what Rita does- she's a Singin' stray cat! She's gray and white but in some light I sappose she might have looked a bit brown..

I may be wrong but what you're talking about sounds like that episode, its called "When Rita Met Runt" .... then again my mind is almost always on Animaniacs
