I have a couple of animation history books, but I don't use them nearly as much as I simply use regular search engines. If I want info on a cartoon I just go to google.com and type out what I want to know and I find out. If webpages are lacking, I simply come here and ask questions for specific details. Animation books are okay, but they always seem...lacking to me.

Most of the stuff I want to know about cartoons can't be found in books anyway, I want to know which cartoons will be made or air on tv in the future, stuff like that is in toonzone news or other news sites.

heh...Jerry's guide is "Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies: A Complete Illustrated Guide to the Warner Bros. Cartoons" I have it right on the floor next to my computer. I also look at Mice & Magic and The Fleischer Story. I also have a couple of Tex Avery books which are interesting but I don't use them much for reference.

    I also use E.O. Costello's online guide ( http://www.spumco.com/magazine/eowbcc/ )

    and www.bcdb.com
