It's been available on some digital networks for quite awhile, but more have been getting it just recently.
I've had it since early this month.
I woke up today and noticed that Time Warner moved some channels around. Then I noticed that I saw a channel for Boomerang. But It says something about not authorized. So does that mean that digital cable's gonna get it? Thought it would be quicker asking ya'll instead of calling Time Warner. I'll would probably be on hold for an hour.

Same here and it's about time that it has happened, I finally get to see the cartoons I grew up with.![]()
They are of course lacking Cow & Chicken.![]()
The Boomerang channel out where I live is a Digital Channel. Are you already subscribed to Digital and have the "Starter Package?" If so, you'll probably have to subscribe to the higher tier ("DTValue" out where I live). If you want it that much, make the call. Sometimes you have a long waiting period, sometimes you don't.Originally Posted by Spongebob 03

Its not on my digital cable as far as I know
An authentic blend of 23 flavors
Cox Communications has it.
In my town, Time-Warner Cable is the cable company, so it carries Boomerang, but only on the digital cable package, which I don't have (just analog basic cable---don't want to spend another $15-20 to rent a converter box/for only Boomerang and a few other channels I'd be interested in...).
-B.
I have Cox Digital Cable, and I got it in my area around Thanksgiving.
And I've been writing to them for THREE YEARS to get it. My only chances of getting the station previously was visiting my uncle's house on national holidays, who had it on Time Warner Cable (unfortunately, the picture was crap, but I had to make due with it). I was so glad to finally have it on my cable box--in better quality--when my aunt pointed it out to me. Even better, it replaced G4! Now THAT was heck of a holiday treat! Way to pay off a hell of a lot of (im)patience.![]()
its on some digital cables and its going to be on even more soon probally.
About time. I have Comcast over here in Chicago and we have yet to get it. The most I get is Boomerang On Demand, where I can watch the same eps of Jetsons, Flintstones, and Smurfs over and over.
In Jackson, TN Charter Cable has Boomerang as part of their family tier of digital channels, which runs an extra $4.00 a month over the basic channels.
I have Comcast. No Boomerang. Just Boomerang-On-Demand![]()

Now if only they can put it on Brighthouse Networks.
After I made this thread, I turned to the channel by accident and their was The Smurffs! I couldn't wait to come home and watch this channel. I'm watching The Banana Splits and Friends show right now. I haven't seen this show since I was in junior high. Before that show I was watching Popeye. I haven't seen that show since I was in elementary! Getting this channel made my day. Its weird hearing the music I'm use to hearing on the Flintstones on another Hanna Barbera cartoon. I just got home from work and I'm tired. But I wanna watch Captain Planet, The Smurffs and The Snorks before I go to sleep.
