Everyone, tonight at 10 P.M. EST will be an all-new episode of Duck Dodgers! Now, I have no idea what this will be about, but it should be good.

Can't wait to see this new ep!

O/T: After a long wait, I've been checking out the first season eps this past week. I thought they were all terrific! At first, I didn't like DD, but that changed when season 2 started. Most of the action is good and the jokes aren't bad at all.

Boomerang. CN isn't airing Dodgers anymore (at least, for now). If you missed the first airing, it'll air again about 3-4 hours later. Check your listings.

What the hell is wrong with CN? Why are they airing new episodes on Boomerang? 99% of the country doesn't have the network, so we won't be able to watch it.

Something tells me that the ratings from the latest episodes weren't so hot, which could be why Dodgers isn't on CN anymore, and why this episode wasn't aired on CN.

If it's on Boomerang, then probably not. I've checked the CN website, and under the Duck Dodgers section , it says: "Stay tuned for updates". Whereas on the Boomerang schedule there's a new episode every Friday at 10 Eastern.

DD came over here and went straight to Boomerang, missing CN out completely. To date, it's never aired on CN... although that may be because Boomerang's actually more watched than CNUK, but that's completely the opposite over in the States.

I still don't get it. CN moved Baby Looney Tunes to Boomarang and they still give that awful show airtime in the morning on their own channel.
Maybe they're just being lazy and sticking Dodgers on Boomarang until they decide whether or not to approve another season.

Well, I thought "Diamond Boogie" was all right (Though I'm probably too young to get all of the 70s references). But even then, it was still enjoyable!

Spoiler:

I loved the puppet show in the beginning!
Dodgers (with I.Q. puppet): Dodgers, your mission is to find out why I never get invited to any parties!
Duck Dodgers dressed like John Travolta was pretty cute. I have no clue who the others were supposed to be (if anyone in particular). Maybe it's just me, but Marv looked kinda like Austin Powers or a young Elton John (without the glasses)

"Corporate Pigfall" was a let down for me. I just didn't find it all that funny.

I think the fact that Dodgers's new cadet, Egghead Jr. didn't really contribute. Usually when Egghead's around, people who ignore his computations, get their own egos blown up in their faces. That didn't really happen in here, which is disappointing since Dodgers has plenty of ego to spare.

Anyway, here's what I thought about these new eps:

Corporate Pigfall: really wasn't much, considering it was about Cadet quitting. I did like the part in the beginning with the automatic chair, but that's about all.

Now for the other one,

Diamond Boogie: I LOOOVED THIS CARTOON!!!!!! I happen to be a big fan of the '70's, and this ep was fantastic! The car chases were like from Starsky & Hutch, DD's parody of John Travolta was great, the fight scenes at both the disco & the warehouse were superb! I also liked The Martian Queen dressed as Farrah Fawcett, she looked nice. However, I absolutely loved that female cop, she was gorgeous!!!!

Not bad for a half-hour. I give it 4 stars.

Once again, I'm sorry I didn't post sooner. I feel sorry for those who still don't have Boomerang. I guess this would be a bad time to mention that another new ep is coming this Friday night?
