Survivor: Toon Zone - Final Activity

    Like This Thread!
Colin approaches the beach the tribe has been calling home, bright and early at about 6 in the morning.

Good Morning, Survivors! Congratulations on making it to the final 3! Today, we take a very early start to your day. Hop on board this nifty little speed boat and I'll take you to the morning activity. . . and while on board, I'm certain you will all enjoy this surprise we have for you. . . freshly squeezed orange juice and some delicious french toast. There's only enough for one plate each, so savor every bite!

*The survivors chow down, while holding on to their food so it doesn't go overboard. After a 10 minute boat ride, we arrive at our destination*

Welcome to the start of your final group activity. Here you stand, the final 3. You've been through a lot to get here. Now it's time to remember those who came before you, those who have helped you get to where you are today.

You'll walk up to each fallen survivor's torch and remember them and say a few words about that person. From there, you take your torch and set that fallen survivor's torch aflame. Continue on in that manner until you have completed all 15 fallen survivors.

Once that is done, it will be time for your final immunity challenge. We will go over that once this activity is complete.

(NOTE: ALL must partake in this event, I do not care in what order you remember the fallen, just so long as everyone has a say, and please post directly to the thread)

*Colin throws the remaining survivors out of the boat and then speeds off into the distance. Gwen, Tim & SSC regain consciousness and find their lit torches planted in the beach in front of them. They take their own torches and begin down the path...*

Now where the heck are we? Oh, hey guys!!! :waves to former team mates:

:reads Colins directions: Ah... Okay. I'm not sure if we three address and re-light everyone, so if I wasn't supposed to address everyone, just slap me.

I'm going to start with my original team. Hello Team Death!!!

Rayeli, unfortunately, we didn't get to know each other terribly well through this competition. You were the first voted off, and you left with grace.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such dignity.

sag_2002, you left during the third week, owing to constraints of time. A move showing responsibility.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such maturity.

Eddy. Again, like Rayeli, sag_2002 and yourself, this was so early in the game, that we hadn't been able to forge any new friendships, and we were all scurrying around to come up with answers to beat the other team. Unfortunately, we didn't win this week, and lost you during tribal council of week 4.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with great success.

After this, Team Death lost no further members. So now, I shall address the Kitty Brigade.

gddiehl, like Rayeli, you were voted out early, but showed tremendous good will toward your team mates during the Tribal Council of the second week.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such benediction.

Hero of Winds, you were the first to leave the Survivor island of your own desire. I was hoping to have been able to go head to head against you during the later Immunity Challenges, but this was not to be so.

You are a good and true friend, and though our competition was not as long as I might have hoped, it was always fun to run into you out here.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such compassion.

Ikki D Leo, you were voted out after week 6's competition. As one of the more quiet members of the Kitty Brigade, I wasn't fortunate enough to get to know you terribly well. But Week 6 was a very difficult challenge, and I salute you for your efforts.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with serenity.

The Detective, you left of your own accord after week 7, owing to family and time constraints. I got the impression you were a hard worker, and a solid member of the Kitty Brigade.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with great accomplisment.

Trogdor, after the Tribal Council of Week 8, you left with a little more color and zest, but still with no ill will towards your team mates.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such enthusiasm.

MJC, you were the first of the Lollygagging Water-Logged Ring-tailed Lemers of Reverence to be voted out at Tribal Council. A quiet team mate who I had hoped to get to know better.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such repose.

Kinel Ozoa, at the Tribal Council of week 12, it was a very close vote. You left with enthusiasm, and as the first member of our very sexy Jury.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such fervor.

Javeman, we lost you at the Tribal Council of week 13 in a vote that appeared to favor no one. You were one of the most formidable competitors faced. But also, one with a terrific personality, that was a pleasure to get to know better.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such character.

Majin_Megabyte, one of my Team Death team mates, we lost you at Tribal Council of week 14. One of the strong, silent types that asks for little recognition, yet works very hard.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such perserverance.

Humanoid Typhoon, the owner of Base Team Death, and the winner of the first Reward Challenge. What a team mate and competitor you have proved to be!!!

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such ambition.

    X Love and Peace X

Mr. Pedro, not only one of the fiercest competitors, but a groovy guy, and terrfic dancer as well. Forgive me, but when I saw you where removed from the competition, and given a seat on the Jury, I was greatly relieved.

    :lights torch:

May you continue through life with such tenacity.

And that brings us to ElBarto. Another original member of Team Death. A valuable ally. A formidible foe.

    :lights torch:

May you contine through life with such achievement.

Now I'm spoiled for the OVA, and I've only watched the original "Bubbles Vanderbilt" series and the followup "Bubbles Vanderbilt Z"
    --Aurora Szalinski
I have another question, as well... what happened to the first two Bubbles Vanderbilts?

Whoa? You're right, just where the heck are we? *STUMBLES OVER A ROCK ON THE BEACH, HITS A PALM TREE...THE PALM TREE FALLS OVER AND TEARS A CANVAS ON WHICH THE HORIZON IS PAINTED, AND I SEE THE SET TO THE PRICE IS RIGHT ON THE OTHER SIDE*

    Whoa...all this time...we were in Burbank...and I could've been playing Plinko!?

And thus, I must bid everyone a farewell.

    RAYELI
To this day, even though it's what Team Death had to do at the time, I still feel that it's a bit unfair that you were voted out because your computer wasn't working at the time. I wish I got to know you better during the course of this game.

    *lights torch*

May your ray of light never go out.

    GDDIEHL
I never really associated with you, as you were voted out long before the merge of our two tribes. Would've liked to know more about you, too.

    *lights torch*

    Comic fan extraordinaire...
And a shameless plug for you, right there:
    http://www.angelfire.com/comics/comics14/

    HERO OF WINDS
Well, this is quite a guy we've got here. It's a shame to see that he left the game simply due to time restaints, but at the same time, it was a bit of a relief because, being such a personable character guy, he'd easily make it right to the end. Seriously. And that's talking about someone NOT on my team.

    *lights torch*

May the winds of this hero never break.

    SAG_2002
Another early bail, on account of Colin's horrible, horrible, horrible song challenge that scared the poop out of everyone that day. It was unfortunate, cuz you were a good guy that we had around in the early days of Team Death.

    *lights torch*

    You were never a slouch,
    your enthusiasm never sagged.
It's forever a shame that time restraints
and this game ran you ragged.

    EDDY
Never really got to know you either, but in the earlier challenges, he was a real asset to Team Death. You will be missed.

    *lights torch*

What can I say about my good buddy Ed?
There's always a warm seat for him waiting on the Team of the Dead.

    IKKI D LEO
I never got to know you as you were always on the opposing team, but from what I've gathered, another good person.

    *lights torch*

I never knew you, I shant try to be tricky...
but I know one thing for sure, this Ikki ain't icky.

    THE DETECTIVE
If you hadn't bailed earlier due to time restraints, you could have easily gone very far in this game. Seriously, you leaving unfortunately made the game a lot easier for the rest of us - what a workhorse I know you are. You have been missed.

    *lights torch*

    A detective he is,
    ain't that the truth.
    There's a long life ahead
    for this one super-sleuth.

    TROGDOR
I never really knew you in or outside of the game, but from what I remember your Kitty Brigade teammates saying, you were a hard worker and a great character.

    *lights torch*

    Trog was shown the door,
    but don't you know,
    that for every door closed,
    there's an open window.

    MJC
The first member lost on account of the merge. From day one, you were always an asset in solving our challenges, and various other moral contributions.

    *lights torch*

An acronym of this length cannot speak the wonders of this competitor and ally.

    JURY:

    KINEL OZOA
The first member of our jury. Another of the original Team Death members, and another asset to any team. You're also extremely rad because you and I share the same birthday, which I just realized yesterday. September 6th, baby!

    *lights torch*

May every day be a very merry un-birthday.

    JAVEMAN
I've known him outside the game for a while now, and he's always been a great friend and associate - and we had a special connection in this game, as we were the only two foreigners participating in this game. Chile and Canada, unite. NAFTA's got nothing on us. A good guy, a great player, and an even bigger threat...a force to be reckoned with. You have been missed.

    *lights torch*

If only everyone were as great as this friendly, neighbourhood Javeman.

    MAJIN_MEGABYTE
Another of the original Team Deathers. A solid contributer from the get-go, and it's always sad to see one of your own go. You've been missed, big guy.

    *lights torch*

May this Ragin' Majin not give up the Fight and keep up with that Byte.

    HUMANOID TYPHOON
By far and large, I think that, above all, we can thank HumanoidTyphoon for initially bringing our Team Death tribe together. It was he that built the private Team Death message boards, where the nine of us congregated for weeks on end, solving Evil Colin's wicked challenges. From the very start, I knew he was a strong competitor - and as time wore on, and the challenges became more important and even more individual, it was even more evident. You'll be missed, big guy. You're the one that orchestrated Team Death's strength - seriously if it wasn't for him, I doubt many of us would've made it this far.

    *lights torch*

He is two words: THE DUDE.

    MR. PEDRO
I first really got to meet you when we "won" you in a challenge weeks ago. I didn't know you but from what the Kitty Brigade was saying on the boards, you were like their unofficial leader and most notable player. I noticed that instantly when you were traded to our team and contributed just as much as everyone else. You were a notable and noble opponent by the end of the game, my friend.

    *lights torch*

May you continue to be a formidable oppenent and ally in any situation in your life.

    ELBARTO
An original Team Death member that made it this far. I know that others on Team Death that are still in the game were surprised that you kept managing to fight your way through to get to the final four, but I knew you could do it. You were always a very eager competitor, always giving it 110%, and were a great ally and opponent, all the same. You will be missed.

    *lights torch*

I've known our good buddy ElBarto,
From day one, the very starto.
    Eager as always he was,
    Keeping Team Death abuzz,
And of all around, had the hugest hearto.

    * * * * * * * *

So now, that leaves me alone on this island with these two sexy ladies.

Hey, even if I don't win the game, I think I've "won" in a sense, anyway. Boo-yah!

Wait...what?? I thought we were remembering them one at a time... sigh. Makes the second time today I've misunderstood something, much to my deep mortification. Huh...that's prolly a new record...in any case...

Sorry. I'm grouchy when I first wake up. =p

    *ahem*

Rayeli - Well...what can I say? I didn't get to know you all that well, which is a shame. I'm not sure how you felt when your name came up that first week, but if it were me, I prolly would have hid under a rock for the rest of my natural life. But you took it way better than that. I wish you better luck in the future. *salutes torch*

GDDIEHL - Comic fan, huh? Cool =D Again, I wish you better luck in other endeavors. *bows to torch*

Hero of Winds - Believe me, I understand perfectly what it means to have no time. I don't think any less of you for leaving when you did. But right up until then, you played hard and helped the Kitty Brigade muchly. And for that, I thank you. *sweeping bow to torch*

sag_2002 - From what (admittedly little) I've heard, you too were a great player before you had to leave. Again, I understand. *quick bow to torch*

Eddy - Lessee, I think you were on the other team, and therefore I didn't get to know you that well...nevertheless, I salute you. Er, your torch that represents you. But still you, in a sense. *salutes*

Ikki D Leo - You too were a great help to the Kitties, especially in the beginning. Thank ye muchly. *bows to torch*

The Detective - Y'know, it's funny...I hadn't even planned on signing up until I saw your post in the sign-up thread. One more player was needed so that you could be part of Survivor TZ, too. I wound up being that one player, because I thought that everyone that wanted to play should get the chance. So, in a way, you got me where I am today. Thanks, man. *bows to torch with extra flourish*

Trogdor - Gotta say something good about a guy named after Trogdor. Awesome guy. Best wishes for the future. *bows to torch*

MJC - Party on, man. Party on. (I really don't know what to say.) *bows to torch*

Kinel Ozoa - Watching you leave the isle was really hard for me. the energy you had tackling all the challenges was truly an inspiration. Thank ye muchly. *curtsies (or however you spell it) to torch*

Javeman and Majin_Megabyte - Great players, both of you. *bows with a flourish to each torch to make up for lack of words*

Humanoid Typhoon - The days spent at what was once the Team Death board were few, but fun. Thanks for setting it up! *bows to torch*

Mr. Pedro - You did a great job as the Unofficial Fearless Leader of the Kitties. Unfortunately, we ate all your complimentary doughnuts after the switch. Sowwy. No hard feelings? *bows to torch*

And last but not least, El Barto - I must admit, you got further than I thought you would. I stand here humbled and corrected. Congratulations on making it as far as you did. *salutes torch*

Sorry, I know my little spiels weren't as elegant or poetic as those of the other two, and a special apology so to anyone who feels I kinda just glossed over them. A lot of the weeks during Survivor: Toon Zone were kinda hectic for me in real life, and I oftentimes had to put the game in the back of my mind while I dealt with those outside stresses, and as a result, I prolly missed or forgot some significant things. In no way did I mean to hurt your feelings or make you feel unimportant.
"Pinky, my parents...they're driving me insane!"
"Egad Brain, really? Ooh, well that kinda leaves me without much to do..."
