Messing around with archive.org, observing how webpages in the 90's were half the width they are now:
And then I spotted this, an actual use of the original Pokemon slogan:
They couldn't copyright "Catch 'Em If You Can" and had to use their second choice, "Gotta Catch 'Em All."
It's interesting they would use this slogan in the open before they could properly clear it.

You mean trademark, not copyright. Sorry, but I am frankly anal about people confusing the two.
