Who were these Nicktoon characters?

In an episode of "Rocko's Modern Life" there was this episode where Rocko was bothered by Flecko and when Rocko was really tried and irriated when he went to the door and Heffer asked if he wanted to go fishing. Before the end of the episode, the same thing happened with Flecko, but the character who asked him was very much like Heffer, only a fly. Who was this character?

And, also in an episode of "The Fairy Oddparents", in the episode: "That Old Black Magic", the Anti-Cosmo and the Anti-Wanda were given the names, Cosma and Wando. Is this true?

Does anyone know the actual names of these characters?

The episode was "The Day of the Flecko" and I think the character that I was talking about was named Wallace.

I don't think so. They only refer to themselves as Anti-Cosmo (who is not an idiot in any way) and Anti-Wanda (who's stupid, filthy, and eats with her feets).

That's right. How can I have forgotten that? Cosma and Wando were when Timmy wished to be a girl and Cosmo and Wanda laughed hysterically, until Timmy wished that Cosmo and Wanda could switch genders, so they became Cosma and Wando. And, Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda were just the names of the Anti-Fairies, which meant that they were everything that Cosmo and Wanda was not, and were actually the counterparts of the other original fairies: Anti-Cosmo was similar to Wanda and Anti-Wanda was similar to Cosmo, but actually being the counterparts of Cosmo and Wanda. Oh, well.

But, since we found out that mystery. I'm still trying to look for the name of the fly with Flecko from "The Day of the Flecko" from Rocko's Modern Life. I think his name was Wallace, I'm not sure. Anyway, the one that I'm talking about was before the end of the episode, a fly knocked on Flecko's door and it was very much like Heffer. I don't know the name of that character. Does anyone know?
