Fairly OddParents: "Scary Godparents" Talkbalk (Spoilers, I guess)

    Like This Thread!
Yeah, this is a dull excuse for a talkback thread, but I just had to voice how awesome this episode was. I've just recently been getting into FOP, and this is definitely my favorite episode so far. Having the Yugopotamians was a great idea.
    Spoiler:
(although the ending kinda hinted we won't be seeing Mark again anytime soon...)
Loved it. Did anyone else see it?

    I missed it.

I was taping something else while I was out. Nickelodeon will probably air the episode on Halloween if they're smart.

I just said Nickelodeon and smart in the same sentence.

I loved the episode, nice character designs and cameos

BTW, does anyone know where I can find screenshots from this episode?
I think Scooby-Doo is knida over-rated and all of the HB Dogs should be praised.
Wouldn't it be great if their could be more Peanuts specials on DVD?

I just saw this episode yesterday during U-Pick and I must say it was one of the best FOP episodes I've seen.

Speaking of FOP, anybody have a Cosmo avatar I can use?

For those who missed this very funny episode on the East Coast, it happens to be on right now on Nick as a last chance for the year to watch it apperance.

Was barely able to catch it yesterday and agree that it was one of the better FOP episodes I've seen in awhile, which is saying something. It was great to see Mark pop back into the show again, especially since this type of episode was made for characters like him. Kind of reminded me of seeing Kang and Kodos during the Halloween specials for The Simpsons. Overall, a great special.

I thought it was pretty funny. It was good to see the returns of Mark (even though we may not see him again) and Dr. Bender.

    A couple of quibbles:

    - Did anyone else find it annoying when the rich kids were counting down the seconds?

    - Not really a complaint, but an observation: both this and the Christmas episode featured musical numbers, which, to me, seemed to pad the episodes.

There were some good moments, like the candy affecting the aliens ("It burns!") and the Yugopatamians' weapon:

    Wanda: "'P' is for pinata!"
Cosmo: "Phew. There goes my worst-case scenario." (I didn't get it the first time, but the second time...eeeeew.)

Note: did anyone else notice, in Guy Moon's score, the song "Pure Imagination" from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory in the scene when the candy fell from the sky? That's what it sounded like to me.

    Grade: B+

I really like FOP episodes but this one sure takes the.............pumkin pie? Um, yeah. I missed the first few minutes but I caught the rest and I thought that it was good and funny, like Timmys arms falling off constantly and then turns into a Chrimson Chin lizard ballerina type fighter. The pumpkin machine looked awesome and I was a little surprised to see Mark and his other Yugopotamian friends. I think they might be in a few too many. Well, hopefully he'll be gone for a while. This one is definatley tied for the Friday the 13th episode and Christmas episode.
I was once called Patrick Star....a looooooong time ago.........then I needed a break.

I'd be happy if ANYONE remembered me!
