Thing is, Nick has a huge advantage. Their airings of the same movie will easily triple CN (not to knock CN). For example, CwaCoM may barely hit 2.0M on CN if it's lucky, while it hit 3.8M on Nick. Huge difference. So if we're talking about exposure, revenue and money, don't be surprised if Nick continues to pick up on movies that CN has aired. Along with their movies Spongebob the Movie, The Last Airbender, and Rugrats in Paris, they've picked up Scooby Doo 1 and 2, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Over the Hedge, The Spiderwick Chronicles, and now Ice Age. Wouldn't be surprised to see Shrek 1 and 2, The Smurfs, The Cat in the Hat, Madagascar 1 and 2, Percy Jackson and others in the coming months.
To be fair these movie reruns on CN aired many times and initially averaged well above a 2.0 on a regular basis, and the Shrek movies hit above 3.0 on their CN premieres. You're comparing the countless rerun ratings to a Nickelodeon premiere rating, which any network premiere rating would likely be higher than a 20th rerun airing on another network. Triple is a little extreme to say. I'd say it may pull in 1 million more viewers than a CN movie premiere, but I wouldn't go as far to say it would triple. CwaCoM premiered close to 3 million I believe on CN, and 3.8 on Nick, so slightly above 1 million viewers.

What's up with Nick and their February schedule? They still haven't sent out their premieres for the month. Wonder what's taking so long.

The weird thing is premiere dates for many shows are already being advertised for the month of February.

The only thing I can think of is Nick wanting to analyze the month's data to determine tweaks in the weekday/weekend schedule. Maybe we'll see even more diversity since the network held up very well with RI, SJC, and EWW added to the lineup. In either case, it's gotta update sooner or later. only five days left that are "scheduled".

Finally another week has been added to February. Confirmed new RI, MvA, SaC, THH, TTM on the 8th. And new TMNT, KFP, Ever After High, SDR, and IM on the 9th. Schedule blank for the following week.

Nothing on SJC and FOP tho. The only two shows on hiatus.

Thinking of something to write down.

I honestly think Nick is gonna keep FOP on hiatus until Summer when they use premieres to hype up the movie as well.

It was a given SJC would premiere on the 22nd along with BW on it's regular spot. It'll be interesting to see if Nick continues to pair the two or if they leave BW to fend for itself.

Weird that SaC's blooper episode is stand alone?

BTW, Nick really is leaving PoM to die a slow death huh? One random premiere in February and another 3.5 episodes to go over the rest of they year? They seriously should just get it over with. Not like PoM and that 7 a.m. spot is important anyway.

Yeah, it seems strange Nick is preempting their burn-off shows. TP, KFP, and PoM are all pretty much dead shows walking, as they all have ended production, with the crews for both Dreamworks shows working on MvA, and TP was announced as cancelled a while back. Are they honestly considering them to return, years after their target audience forgot about them?
Thinking of something to write down.
