Uh-oh. There's nothing that really proves it, but I hope this doesn't lead to Nickelodeon limiting the programming they deliver to Netflix and online. Also Disney, despite winning, is down as well and they also deliver a good amount of programming to Netflix...A study shows that Nick viewing is up in non-Netflix homes, while down in homes with the Netflix streaming service.
I'm sure Nickelodeon is happy with how Korra's doing, I'm sure they don't expect a "cartoon" to beat a live-action show on Disney and if I'm reading it right it holds it own against Disney's programming. Plus, it's the most successful launch they had in awhile, it's tied to a previous popular franchise, so I think they'll continue to support it.
Didn't really know how bad T.U.F.F. Puppy was doing. Time for Butch to going back to the drawing board. Power Rangers needs support, I wish they did something like a Korra-action show-Power Rangers sandwich.
ETA: Got some Power Rangers Nicktoons numbers from Son of the Bronx!
Look pretty decent. If the Nickelodeon thing doesn't work out, it can be exclusive to Nicktoons.For 4/9-13, range for Power Rangers 8-9am 138k-291k viewers. 4/13 8:30 342k, 11pm 328k, 11:30 248k. 4/14-15 range: 64k-231k
