I have weird tastes in music...I like rock, and techno, and Moby, and Moby is virtually impossible to fit into just one category. I like some other stuff too, like some jazz...I dunno, I could probably find at least one song I like in any genre if I looked hard enough.

I like some rock, country every once and a while, parody songs, and some jazz. I'll also listen to Eminem every once and a while, though I won't go out of my way to see it.

I used to like oldies the best, but after listening to an oldies station for 8 hours every day at my summer job I have gotten REALLY sick of that genre. So now I'm into techno and orchestral music. And I've always loved video game music. EDIT: I've started to grow a liking for '80s rock, too.

    moe. = god.

Rock. Particularly classic rock (Hendrix, Grateful Dead, etc.)

I'm also into the whole jam band scene (classic rock is the biggest influence on most of this scene, but jazz, blues, country and some pop can be seen as well); the most recognizable name would be Dave Matthews Band (their new stuff sucks, but the old is great) and Phish ( ).

The jam band moe. (spelled with the lowercase m and the period) has been my favorite band for a LONG time.
It recently dawned on me that my signature could be interpreted as being said by me. For the record, this was not the case. If the previous signature reduced your opinion of me, please increase your opinion. Thank you.

Wait... I listen to ALL of those quite often!

My range of music is all over the place... I listen to anything as long as a) its good and b) I am in the mood for it.

The only thing I stay away from is country.. Just never appealed to me.

Basically, I just listen to whatever sounds good. However, I've been leaning more towards modern rock these days. To tell the truth, it has always been that way. It just gets the adrenaline going. I've been losing a bit of interest in rap though lately. Most of the rap songs that have come out this year sound pretty stupid IMO, and just simply grate on my nerves.

I actually don't even mind country music, since I've always liked the sound of southern accents. I have the radio in my room set to a classical music station for when I'm trying to get to sleep at night. Classic rock is awesome too. I also like the sound of exotic beats, such as instrumental Irish folk music, instrumental oriental music, and Indian music.

I really don't hold any real type of music over the other. It depends on the mood I'm in that determines which I prefer. Sometimes it could be light pop: Other times it could be metal rock: Other times it could be hardcore rap, and other times it could be classical jazz. I do not like Country though, no matter what mood I'm in.

Whne I'm relaxing in a pool or on my bed before sleep, I usually like to listin to some Mozart(classical) or some oldies. However, when I'm working out or doing laborous work, I prefer hip hop.

The music I am really into on many occasions is 80's Pop music and Soft Contemparly since the 80's rock, not like Rap or headbashing rock wich is pretty much out of my league due to other bad things, I won't go into details but I like some jazz and even contry music if in the mood.

I'm into a lot of alternative rock. I'm also a fan of the 70's and 80's. and every now and then I like rap and country. It mostly depends on the mood that I'm in.

    When the jazz man's testifyin'

I'm a Jazz fiend, no doubt about that.

I'm big on classic rock, blues, classical, and a lot of odd stuff too.

By odd stuff, I mean somewhat obscure and hard to place things like Tom Waits and September Songs. And although technically rock, Doctor Hook and the Medicine Show are definitely odd at the same time.

I suppose my tastes gravitate more towards rock than anything else (except 70's arena rock and modern rock like Creed and Nickleback), but I also like R&B (not including gangsta rap) and most types of 80's music. If I'm in the mood, I also like listening to techno music.

I listen to practically everything. I like Classic Rock (Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Velvet Underground, The Clash). Jam Rock as Landstander defined (Phish, moe. etc.) I am a major jazz fan and a Miles Davis freak. I listen to mostly bebop (Coltrane, Charlie Parker etc.) I also listen to some of the more modern jazz-funk or acid jazz (Soulive, Medeski, Martin and Wood). I'm also a huge fan of Funk (Parliament, Tower of Power, and some current stuff like Deep Bannana Blackout). Let's see, the only reggae I really listen to is Bob Marley, which is a given. I love hip hop, but only "good" hip hop as I call it (The Roots, Jurassic 5, Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Common, Deltron 3030). A little bit of techno here and there (DJ Shadow). Blues, I love (Vintage BB King, SRV) Lastly, I even enjoy some classical on occasion (Ravel, Tchaikovsky). Some modern rock is good too (Wilco, ehh thats all I can think of right now). Yea so, I listen to lots of stuff.
I should really update my sig
